I should have read this issue before Ghost Rider #31 because the story was set before the conclusion of the "Rise of the Midnight Sons" story conclusion.

This was a better story than I expected. The inker's lines were improving, but I still prefered Adam Kubert ink his own pencils.

If I could, I would give this a 3.5 but I will be generous and round it off to 4.
