This novel has everything and more to keep you interested and don't plan on putting it down for the last 50 pages. You will travel from the Cascades in Washington State to California and France ....all beautifully described by an author that has traveled extensively and knows of the places his mystery will take you. If you would like to read more of Jack Kenyon's action try the first in this series, "Secret Combinations". For a different look at this author's work read his "memoirs", A Paris Moment, A Thames Moment and So We Sold Our Home and Ran Away To The South Pacific. All three are great for an armchair traveler.
