I read this in the Kindle version to see what cooking with an air fryer was all about. This book contains recipes developed for the Philips Air Fryer.
There is a Table of Contents in the front that links to the individual recipes, but no Index (disappointing). The recipes look good... ones I would make, but there are no pictures. There is a strange one for crab cakes that calls for flaked crab as expected but also a cup of shredded chicken breast... huh?
Strangely, there is a chapter of recipes for fruit-infused water which seemed out of place and off-topic.
What I learned from this cookbook is that this cooking method doesn't seem to save time over deep frying, even though it might be healthier than using most oils. The cooking times were much longer than I expected. I don't eat a lot of fried foods anyway and I think most all of these recipes can be done in our convection oven.
