730+ pages and 1500+ twists and turns in the tale made 20+ hours of reading a truly enjoyable experience. Hats off to the RAW & IB for pushing their head knowingly on the chopping board just for the safety of our nation.
This book has it good and bad points, but it deserves 5 stars for various reasons.
Characters are well fleshed out, storyline makes sense and even though some events seem too unrealistic, it can be excused. Only confusing part was description of a few Pakistani military characters , but apart from that it's a great read.
The games which go on in field of spy craft, politics and even geostrategy are well explained and I don't think will bore people who don't have any interest in them
After a mong time here is a book that's hard to put down. For once, here is a book that moves beyond, nay, doesn't even go near the hopeless jingoism that surrounds tales concerning India & Pakistan.. realistic and unabashedly candid. Superbly written.
