A lot happened in this book in a short time... All I have to say is I NEED for the forth book comes out- I have too many unanswered questions and I need to hear what happens from William's pov.

Wonderful! I looked at this series for weeks not realizing that it would be one of the most enjoyable and sexiest books/series I have ever read. Hero, William Honor (29 years/dark brown hair/blue eyes) is better than Christian Grey (!) in class with Gideon Cross, albeit darker. He will stay with you for awhile, especially book 2 written from his POV. I wish Ms. Mummert would let us know how many books total… will a Book 5/6 end series? Please read series in order. Also, I love the cover art and if I’m not mistaken it was made by the author herself – good job!

I liked this book. It was a bit short for me. At times I felt like all they did was have sex....not that I am complaining. It was hot.
I enjoy reading William's POV more because he is so sneaky. I don't want to give away any spoilers but I think someone is lying again...... :)
Can't wait to read more!

“In here I’m in charge.” I cleared my throat and tried to sound confident. “You don’t touch me unless I tell you it’s okay.” He walked closer, but stopped short. I grabbed his belt and slid it out of his belt loops. “Take your clothes off.”
Oh.me.ghosh ! Looks like the tables are turning !!!
Honor and Obey starts off exactly where Honor Student left off and boy are you treated with a lot of hot stuffs in the beginning of the book itself . Somehow William seemed like a totally different guy here , but then again he seemed like a different guy before I read Honor thy teacher too and it didn't exactly turn out that way . This book definitely had a lot more to offer compared to the previous installment because here we get to know a little about Emma's aunt , and there's a shocker there too and we also see how Emma and Williams relationship grow and how William's controlling nature starts to loosen up .
Like I mentioned earlier , this book has lots of unexpected twists and turns that will leave you gasping . Its also a very fast paced story and a lot of things happen within a matter of no time . I definitely cant wait to see whats next for William and Emma , also the story from William's POV will keep me sitting on pins and needles .

I'm pretty sure he killed her aunt. Why couldn't the author just make one book! feels like Williams POV is the only one that matters. And seriously! sex right after she finds out her aunt is dead! are you kidding me! way too many 'I love you's to each other, WE GET IT!
I bet he never really lost his memory, just a ploy to get her to marry him. thankfully I skimmed most of it.

After reading the first two books, I was SO excited to read number 3 tonight (it took me all of an hour and a half) but I start reading it, upto the car crash the book is fantastic, then he looses his memory and Im like "ARE YOU FOR REAL?!" She then goes on to marry this new version of him shes known for what, 4 days? 90% of which time shes spent off her face drunk and crying maniacally. Sorry but I thought it was a total cop out to have the book ending like that where he turns into her submissive, she pushes him from alpha male to a boy with all the self restraint of a randy teenager.
The 3* I gave this book were for the first half, the author is talented and I love her other books, I just think this one ended REALLY poorly.

In Book 2
William appears to be spiraling out of control and I thought this would be a great set up for an amazing story in the third book....but less than halfway into this book he gets the ultimate redemption with no accountability for his previous actions. The ending is abrupt and makes you wonder about Emma's sanity.....but then again nothing makes sense in this book... neither the beginning nor the middle nor the end....

I was fairly disappointed in Honor and Obey if I'm honest. I feel that reading Honor Thy Teacher has ruined some aspects of the story.
We find out in William's PoV he knows Emma's Aunt then he has to meet her in Honor and Obey and suddenly she is dead.
Emma is about to find stuff out about his past and her Aunt when they are in a RTA and suddenly, after looking at Emma, he's lost his memory, having had an insight into Williams mind I personally think he has made up the memory loss...á la The Opportunist! (this is my own conclusion and i will definitely be reading Honor and Betray to see if i'm right)
The ending of the book seemed very rushed, one minute she was fighting being with him, the next they were being married by Stephen, who until the last page or so had no mentions!
Still cannot wait for Williams PoV, I think his mind is more interesting, with all his dark secrets and hopefully their will be a fifth and sixth book so we can see if they pull through everything!

I need to start off by saying, what the FREAK did my Arse just Effin read?!!
Wooooow, this was by far thee longest I have EVER taken to read a book, and it was only like 256 pages long! That was because I had to put it down after only a couple of chapters for about a month, then had to force myself to finish it, just because I refused to quit, and because I like the POV of William in the first series. For me this is pretty much how the book went…a bunch of useless boring thoughts narrated inside of Emma’s mind, sex with William, sleep, wake up have coffee, cry over anything that moved, get bossed around by William, violated by Williams fingers stuck up her Va jay jay constantly, sex again, more of Emma’s narrated boring thoughts, sprinkled with more tears blurring her eyes, sex again to the point that I was ready to scratch my eyeballs out and scream bloody MURDER (wait a minute that’s Williams job), more coffee in the morning, followed by more sex, and more crying. I’m surprised this broad didn’t shrivel up like a dried up prune from crying so day-um much!
This book was so senseless to me and so very one sided, with minimal dialogue between the two characters that it should have been just one book, but I’m guessing that this way there would be more to write for the authors next book, with Williams POV. I realize by reading this type of trilogy or whatever this series of books is considered, is not my cup of tea. I would much rather have the author make the books complete with thoughts, action, plot and dialogue, rather than having me read the same story twice with each book being told by 2 POV’s. Having said all of that, I’m hoping Will’s POV will be much more interesting like it was with the second book (Honor Thy Teacher). He’s a controlling, manipulative, lying, premeditated lil So and So, which is NOT my ideal book hero for sure! This author has got me wanting to read the next book, ONLY because of that son of a (watch cho mouth) William’s crazy ass POV. I’m wondering if he really did the things I believe he was capable of doing.

SPOILER ALERT
1. Book one was written from her POV and book two from his. This was book three and written only in her POV which was a horrible decision!!!!!! In book two, we learned how messed up he was, a murderer, manipulator, cheater, druggie, alcoholic, etc. Then in book three since it was written only from her POV, it was like we only got half a story. We needed to know his crazy thoughts and just not hers! Especially knowing how crazy his thoughts can be!
2. Knowing how he was, we just have to assume he killed her Aunt. That was not confirmed but based on book two you could only assume.
3. His amnesia??? Seriously, he had to be faking that!! Especially since we learned how he manipulates from book two!! And he was so scared to lose her. Also, how did he remember her name but not anything else about her??? And why was it never mentioned around the doctor that he had memory loss????
4. And she married him??? That made no sense!!!!
Book three leaves us with tons of unknowns! What about all his lies, murders, etc?? And Allison? The author can't honestly think we would believe all is good and they are married with a happily ever after??? He had to have just tricked her into marriage!! Nothing makes sense!!!!! So frustrated!!
Book four better not be a repeat of book three from his POV!!I am getting tired of these his/her POV books!! Just give us a complete story in each book!!

SPOILER ALERT! Oh my goodness. I can't believe I read this book in 2 hours. I guess it really shows how great of a story it was. I was in mixed emotions on certain scenarios. I honestly think william killed judy. He's killed other people in his life. so why not her? Then at the funeral when he was talking to allison. uhhhhh!!! reminded me of christian grey talking to the bitch troll! omg and the accident! but i think he was faking losing some of his memory. He only did that to try and win emma back which he did since they got married. I was mad at emma for even giving the satisfaction of all the things he was saying!!! darn him and her!!!! at the same time, it was so cute and beautiful at the end when they got married. This was a wonderful read and i can't wait for the fourth book to come out. Still seen some errors in the editing but it still kept my attention.

WHAT JUST HAPPEN......HOLLY CRAP, SOMEONE PLZ TELL ME THE BOOK I JUST READ WAS A ONLY THE FIRST DRAFT OF THE STORY!!... really, WTH !

Ok let me see if i get understood this fucking story right... they started perfectly, then she gets man because he lie to her (she goes all, "i don't love u") oh him,he freaks out and then, then they have an accident. >.> she is fine but he has memory lost and apparently he has forgotten her (UNGRATEFUL/OVER-DRAMATIC ASS). so she keeps thinking he cheated on her and blah blah blah.
THE POINT IS PEOPLE...------> THEY GET MARRY AT THE END! LIKE WHATSSSSS! REALLY HE CANT'T EVEN REMEMBER HER! ALL HE KNOWS IS THAT HE LOVES HER (sweet but still..).
what i don't get is what happen to all her worries about his family and his job, what happen with (I NEVER FOUND OUT WHY HE KNEW MY AUNT... AND STUFF).
I have so many questions in my head, and i am HOPING this book was just the first chapters of the whole book that's coming out sometime soon!!! i honestly really love this series but this book was a big NO NO for me. :( it just didn't make any sense and.. am speechless. sigh****
PS. the only thing that can make this book better is if in the next book (the teachers point of view0 he discover he never really forgot her and that he was faking it to make her stay with him. and that he had something to do with her aunt death, but that he is still an awesome sexy character and stuff *SOBS SOBS* i really hope the next book makes up for this one!

I was kindly given the ARC for Honor & Obey from Teresa Mummert for an honest review. I had previously read the first 2 books in the Honor series and really liked them. I enjoyed the concept of having 2 books: one from Emma's POV and one from William's POV. As said in my previous reviews, I loved having all the cracks filled in when I read book William's POV.
As for Honor and Obey, I felt the writing was a little simple and lacked a bit of emotion. Maybe that is the way Emma is and so TM was conveying that in her writing style...I got that Emma loved William because she kept saying it, but I just never felt like CONVINCED of it.
Emma did a few things that got on my nerves in this book and her reactions were kind of out in left field for me. As for William, he was his super secret sexy self once again. Everytime, he left or made a phone call or basically thought about something I was like..ohhh...can't wait to find out what that is about!
Even though I found the writing and misspellings a little frustrating, I have to admit that I really like the story and plot. I am very drawn to William and his evil ways and how sweet and naive Emma will handle what gets thrown at her.
Looking forward to Honor and Betray....

A Racy & Enjoyable Series … ** 4.2 Stars **
I remember picking up the first two books in this series Honor Student & Honor thy Teacher immediately after I read the FSOG trilogy. Now I cannot remember why I didn’t pick up the last two! Ohh la la, William Honor is one sexy teacher if you ask me ;). This book jumps right back in where it left off in book two with Emma and William as they try to make sense of their sensual and racy relationship (between teacher and student no less). Drama ensues and readers will sit back and wonder if these two can make their relationship work.
With a bit of BDSM and LOTs of sex, readers will enjoy this one. I am about to dive into the final book of the series to see how it ends. This is a very enjoyable series and for those who enjoy BDSM, erotica, Student/ Teacher relationships, and Fifty Shades of Grey and the Red Room of Pain, will enjoy this one.
Overall rating: 4.2 Stars

And we are back to one side of story... Emma's. By 50% I REALLY wanted things from William's POV. William is very secretive and without his POV the story seems lacking.
The story has a shocking melodramatic event that makes me question just what game William is playing or is that for real? Hmmm... Can't... Wait... for the 4th book.
Oh and every time he cooked her breakfast I just kept picturing this...

I never do reviews because frankly I suck at writing them. However, I decided to start writing them anyway because lately it helps me vent about what I am feeling about all these amazing books I have been reading. A friend told me it was, "my duty as a reader" to let everyone know what you liked or didn't like about a book... so here goes.
I really didn't think when I started this series YESTERDAY that I would get this addicted to them... but I did! I have been told to read some of Teresa Mummert's books for awhile because she is so amazing and I'm glad that I did because she is now one of my new favorite authors!
I just finished Honor and Obey and I loved it! This series reminds me of a mix of some of my favorite books which got me interested in the series in the first place but has it's own originality which has kept be coming back for more! I think after reading book 2 from Williams point of view I understood a lot that was going on better. So now that we are back to Emma's point of view in Honor and Obey I felt like I didn't understand what was going on. One of the biggest questions I had was what was the deal with Judy and William? What really happened to Judy and was William involved? I think because we were stuck in Emma's POV we were left out of a lot of what was going on... kinda like behind the scenes. I can't wait for the next installment to get into Williams head and see what really is going on.
Another thing is I think the whole, "I lost my memory and I'm helpless act" was just that... an act. I think William is faking the whole amnesia thing just to manipulate Emma into staying with him. I think Will knew the second he woke up after the accident that his relationship with Emma was on the edge of being torn apart from his secrets and lies. He knew this right before the accident and so I think he's playing the amnesia to his advantage (hello Caleb and Olivia from The Opportunist). I could be wrong and he really doesn't remember but where would the fun in that be. ;)
Overall I'm really glad that I bought this series on my Kindle. They have kept me entertained and so engrossed the last two days that they are all I can think about. That to me is a sign of a good book and Honor and Obey didn't disappoint. I can't wait for the next one to see Williams POV because I think a lot of the questions from Honor and Obey will be answered. And hopfully more after so we can see where Will and Emma's realtionship goes. I would recommend this series, so definitely put it on your TBR shelves!

OKAY...the last line of the book HOOKED me! And Scared the heck out of me. WOW...that sounds like the old William....not the new Will.
He was way tooo quick to meet the aunt....she is from the club.....something is not right here. or is the author trying to get us to believe that?
William is so slick...and I thought this sudden change in personality.....to a less dominate one...

Wow... this ended differently than I expected. But then I should be used to that. I worry that reality will be a nasty wake up call. I do like the new William. Maybe he was there all along? Thanks for a fun read Teresa!

Ok with that being said....holy crap!! I mean this book had a little bit of everything, love, anger, heartbreak. The book flowed beautifully from the last one to this so it didn't leave you wondering if you missed anything. Reading this I wish I could have gone back and NOT read Honor thy teacher so I could be blissfully naive, however I didn't so now I found myself second guessing EVERYTHING William did. But then again maybe that is what Teresa wants us to do :P
When Emma wanted William to meet her Aunt I was like oh crap how is he going to get out of this, and then bam all of a sudden he has an emergency meeting with his lawyer and is gone for hours???? What are you up to Mr. Honor? Hmmmmm..... Then the issue with her Aunt I was like oh no!!!! PLEASE tell me he didn't have anything to do with it. Of course the way he cared for her afterwords was sweet. You could feel the way he loved her. I never once second guessed it.
Eh the funeral was hard. William's actions really made me second guess everything he did up to that point. It was just how distant he was. However the scene with Allison.. Really why the he was he thinking?? I wanted to smack the shit out of him. I mean yes the way that he pushed her hands away from him clearly showed he wasn't interested but seriously could he not have picked a worse place. The accident was horrible and when William woke up and immediately told her to call him Will, I was like SHIT! However again because I've read his point of view and had a dose of his thinkings, I can't help but think is this real, does he really not remember anything. Honestly I want to believe that he did not remember anything when he woke up initially. However I still have that nagging feeling that it's all a ploy. He could tell Emma was going to leave him, so this is his way of keeping her close.
Maybe he did forget and got his memory back too. I mean how can he be completely obsessed with her and need to be near her when she left him and refuse to speak to him. And the fact that he remembers pretty much everything else.
Last but not least...I wanted to fist pump the air..yes I said fist pump the air watching Emma blossom. I LOVED her being dominant. Watching her with William I was awesome. Maybe it's What they both need. I guess we will need to wait now until the next one to answer all the questions and really see what is going on. Well done Teresa ;)

*SPOILERS CONTAINED*
I was disappointed in this book. Maybe the books from Emma's point of view are just lackluster. I'm not sure. The sex scenes were on every other page and I found myself wishing they would hurry up so I could get to some actual storyline. Based on Honor Thy Teacher, I feel that the more exciting moments will come from Will's perspective. For example, I would not be surprised for one minute to find out that Will killed Emma's Aunt Judy, and I would also not be surprised to find that Will remembers more after his accident than he is letting on. I think he is using his accident as a way to start over with Emma because he feels he can't redeem himself after she sees him with Allison at the funeral and tells her about his knowledge of her Aunt, whom she suspected he never knew. As someone who can't remember anything, I find it difficult to believe that he would just be willing to marry her on the fly because he can "feel" she was important to him. The length of this book makes it obvious that character development was just not going to happen. I'm now waiting on Honor & Betray to hear Will's perspective, although I have a feeling most of my suspicions will be confirmed. I will no longer be surprised after reading Honor Thy Teacher about William's predilections. I felt like I just started the book and then it was over. My plea to the author is that if a book is going to be this short, can you just combine the two perspectives? Either alternate by chapter or include one side and then the other. Most likely it's more profitable to release two separate books, but with 75% of the book being sex scenes and %25 being plot, I would say it would be much more fulfilling to have both perspectives included in one book. Just sayin. As much as I hate to admit it, I will read Honor & Betray because in my experience, Will's side of the story seems to be much more intense and interesting. Also, I've come this far, I may as well finish the series. Here's to hoping the next book will somehow intrigue me to continue on with this author.

I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC from the author and like the last two books to this series I gobbled it up in one sitting.
One of the things that I love about Teresa's writing is that she doesn't put a lot of fluff in to her stories, its straight to the point and raw with its emotion. She delivers everything to the reader without the chance to even wonder how much time has passed in the story until after its over.
This story begins with the heavy weight of Emma's decision to marry William. Although, the thought of marrying William is more then appealing to her, there are many things that William can lose. There is so much here that I can write that describes what happens in the story but, I am not going to ruin the story for anyone.
Emma's trust for William is tested as well as who she thinks he really is. When I was reading this story all I kept thinking was, is William really telling the whole truth. In Honor Thy Teacher I read first hand Williams deception and can only imagine the lengths he will go to keep Emma in his life. I absolutely cannot wait for William's POV so I can finally see if my theories of what really happened are correct.
This series is proof that not everything is always what it seems.

Ah, William... I wish I knew what was going on inside that head of yours. One minute i think I've got ya figured out and then you throw me for a loop. I guess I'll find out when you tell your side when the next book comes out. And knowing you, you're gonna have one helluva side to tell. Until then just know that I'm still in love with you as well as your relationship with Emma.

OMG.!!! What can I say.!!?? when I read the first book i wasn´t convinced it would be good because I saw similiarities of FSG.!!! Then.... I read Honor Thy teacher and it took my breath away.!! The author was right when she said .... Every story has 2 sides.....William Honor is more f"#&d up than Christian Grey and Gideon Cross together.!!! I can´t wait for Honor & Betray gets released so I can read what the hell happened in this book from WH´s side of story!!1 I am so intrigued.. Please pleaseeee let me read IT NOW.!!!!!

I read the book while doing my laundry ;) and I forgot to put them in the dryer because I can't stop and I don't want to put down my iPad. LOVED IT! Love the twist & turn of the story, Emma being in control and William just taking whatever Emma do to him. I'm kinda suspicious with William ;) but I still love his character. I can't wait for Honor & Betray. You better write faster now ;)...

Definitely recommended to fans of Fifty Shades. This is the continuation of the teacher-student relationship from Emma's POV. I thought the story was okay. It had a little bit of suspense which made me excited as the story continued.
I thought the characters were good as well, I wanted to know more about Emma and William. They have good chemistry. I will see how the rest of the series turns out. Hopefully, it gets better. Overall, an okay read.

i liked his book n as much as the other ones tho. i did feel sorry for emma for what she had to put up with and deal with but i am so happy with what happened in the end and cant wait to read more of william and emma xx

Another great book in this series. This book picks up where the first book leaves off. Loved the storyline! Loved the HOTNESS! Can't wait for the next book!
