In this class, we will discuss some actionable steps and strategies on how to build a release plan using 21 easy to follow agile techniques.
I am confident that you will find this class extremely valuable irrespective of your level of knowledge about scrum and release planning. We will start by building a strong foundation about scrum and release planning then move on to discussing the specific steps that you can follow to build a successful release plan.

This is a very good box set. It provides the reader with valuable information about the PSM 1 examination while also providing an overview of Agile principles and practices. Both books really complement each other. If you are interested in taking the PSM 1 examination I think this book set will prepare you.

This is a very good set of books. Together they provide the reader with a lot of information about the SCRUM process and the importance of a Daily SCRUM. The both provide thorough and relevant information. I especially liked the use of tips by the author.

This is a very good box set. Both books complement each other. Agile the complete Overview is one of my favorite books. This time it is paired with how manager user stories. These are a very important element of Agile. Both books are filled with information.

This is a great box set. Both books are my favorite. The first give a great deal of information for using agile to manage products. The second explains how to get the minimum viable product. Both are great reads.

This is a very good book set. Both books complement each other and contain a lot of useful information. I think the PSM 1 book will prepare the reader to pass the PSM examination. While the MVP will introduce the reader to an important and often overlooked idea, that of the Minimum Viable Product.

I really liked this box set. Both books complement each other and both contain useful and useable information. I like the author's use of steps to present the information.
