I believed him.
I trusted him.

When Skylar is faced with her biggest fear, old insecurities cause her to do what she did best.

Hide from the truth.

Wyatt was determined not to let the only woman he loved run from him. He only had one choice.

He would fight for her.

Both would be tested.
Each would experience pain.

Fate would decide their future.

This is the continuation of Beautiful, the first book in this duet. These aren’t my normal reads, I haven’t read a YA book in a long time but this author is one I automatically reach for no matter the content.

This was an amazing conclusion to this couples turbulent journey and I was so glad I was able to follow it. Skylar felt totally betrayed by Wyatt, she never gave him the chance to explain things just jumped to the wrong conclusions and ran from their problems.

Skylar has come such a long way since we were first introduced to her, she has a lot more independence but she realises after ruining things with Wyatt that she needs help to overcome her issues.

Wyatt is such a good guy, he had me half in love with him from the very first moment we are introduced to him and I fell deeper and deeper the more into the story we got. He struggles to let Skylar face her issues by herself, he just wants to be there to support her and lift her up in every obstacle she faces!

The supporting characters played such a big role in this book too, I was so invested in their story as well as Wyatt and Sky’s. Although there were times I actually hated Mitch, the fact he thought he could do and say what he wanted really grated on my nerves. The fact that we get to see how both couples lives have turned out in the epilogue was amazing, I love an epilogue and this one didn't disappoint in the slightest.

This book had my emotions on hyperdrive, I never knew what to expect or what emotion was going to come next. There were parts that totally shredded my heart and others my heart was nearly bursting it was so happy! This is a must read series!

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Forever Beautiful (book2) for my honest review. I LOVE this story, Beautiful was part of a short story that grew in to a full length YA novel. Forever Beautiful is book 2 and starts right where book 1 left off so you have to read book 1 first. Wyatt and Skylar are an amazing young couple and you can see how much they grow together. Now at time Skylar reverts back to old habits but honestly who can blame her, she has been through a lot and she develops the strength and courage in this book. Wyatt is just a dream, he is so patient with Skylar. He isn't a Saint and far from perfect but he loves Skylar with all his being and you can feel it. Book 2 also continues with Skylar's brother, Mitch and her best friend Michelle who is also Mitch's girlfriend. Their relationship is taken through the normal YA issues and I felt very believable. I was happy the way the story progressed and ended. Totally recommend! #ReadOn

A sweet read full of strength and resilience. Miscommunication brings with it a chain of events that change these young peoples lives. A story of learning to talk to each other, that things are not always what they seem.
A story of forgiveness beyond the heartache that you feel. A second chance at love and life. Growing beyond tragedy and learning to be strong. Taking what life throws you and making it into something productive and great.

Wyatt is the man, he is such a perfect specimen of youth and devotion. A really great YA read full of emotion and angst.

This story picks up where BEAUTIFUL left off. Skylar was devastated feeling betrayed by Wyatt. But things are not always what it looks like. We also get to see the Trials of the relationship between Mitch and Michelle, How do you pick up your life after being cheated on, can they fix what has been broke. This is a YA story that shows with trust, love, understanding and forgiveness you can get throught anything. I love this authors writing.

If this book was only about Wyatt and Skylar it would be 5 Stars! But since it has Mitch and Michelle in it I can't give 5 stars. I can't stand Mitch. I knew going into this I may have trouble with him. What he did is unforgivable to me. It was a hard book for me. These ones usually are. Very rarely can I forgive.
My heart broke for Michelle. I wish she could have been stronger and not gave in.

~ 5 Sky's the Limit Stars ~

What an amazing conclusion to Wyatt and Sky’s story!! I absolutely LOVED everything Ella gave us in this book. Perfect ending for Wyatt, Sky, Michelle and Mitch.

Forever Beautiful is the second book in Ella Bordeaux’s Beautiful Series. This book is NOT a standalone novel and needs to be read after reading Beautiful. I also think this book progressed into either the Mature YA genre or a New Adult genre. Which works for their story, because we get to see them grow from High School students into College students then onto Adulthood. I loved watching the progression of Wyatt and Sky.

This book picks up right where Beautiful ended. What I loved about this book was that Ella didn’t drag out the cliffhanger and the resolution too long. She got to the point and started working on fixing what was broken with Wyatt and Sky. What did surprise me a little was how much Michelle and Mitch played a part in this book. I almost felt that at times we lost fact to this being Sky and Wyatt’s story. Now that didn’t take away from my enjoyment of the story and I was glad we got to see more of Michelle and Mitch, I just wasn’t expecting it.

What I really loved about this book was that Ella kept the characters just as sweet and loving as we saw in the first book but also showed the growth of the character on personal levels. I don’t know if that makes sense, but I guess what I mean is that the characters we fell in love with in Book 1 are still the same ones we get in Book 2. Sometimes when we have a sequel to a book, we see the author change the core of the character from the original story and I know that drives me crazy. That is not the case here. I loved that the growth she showed Sky and Wyatt to have felt real, almost like we were watching them in real life and not fiction.

Even though this book was written by Kelly Elliott’s Pen Name…. Ella Bourdeaux, we still got to see the many things we come to love and expect from a Kelly Elliott book. Just meant for a younger age group.

So if you are a fan of Kelly Elliott’s books, I would recommend you read the other side of her as Ella Bordeaux. If you like a sweet Mature YA/New Adult book that is focused more on the storyline then the sexy times, then this is the story for you to read. I have to say I absolutely loved reading another side of Kelly’s writing and I look forward to more of Ella’s books in the future!!!!

Forever Beautiful is the second installment to Beautiful

Skylar and Wyatt are going strong until uneventful text message comes through on Wyatt's phone... As soon as Skylar see this message, all insecurities resurface and has her running scared and feels like her heart has been ripped out by the one person who Skylar thought would never do anything to hurt her.
Wyatt takes notice of what has Skylar running out the door and driving away from him while his chest feels likes it closing in on him. Wyatt does everything in his power to try and get in contact with Skylar to make her realise that it's not what she thinks it is. With no luck and after a nasty message from Michelle (Skylar's BFF) Wyatt gets in contact with Skylar's overbearing, protective brothers and has to explain what is going on and have they heard from either Skylar or Michelle?!?! With no luck from the three of them hearing from Skylar and Michelle, they both have gone MIA...
Will Skylar realise that maybe she was overthinking and misinterpreted the text message found on Wyatt's phone?
Will Skylar be able to get over her insecurities and be able to have the relationship with Wyatt she deserves?
Amongst Skylar and Wyatt's drama, Michelle is struggling with her own relationship with Mitch. Mitch does an unthinkable act that has him realise that he can't change what he has done but is hoping that Michelle will forgive him.
Michelle's heart is completely broken and can't believe what Mitch has done but realises that she will only ever love Mitch.
Some people deserve second chances but will Michelle give Mitch the second chance he is looking for?

I really, really wanted to love this book but I found it very hard to read and couldn't wait to get to the end of the story. I absolutely LOVED the first book and could take something away from the story but this story I could not get into it.
I love what Skylar and Wyatt share and the story they tell and you can see where life will take them but I found that something was missing.
I think Michelle and Mitch deserved their own story and should not have been shared with Skylar and Wyatt.
All four characters share something special with each other but each couple have their own strengths and weakness and positive and negative points which deserved to be told in different stories altogether.

I will say the ending to this story was well written and couldn't have been more happy with a better ending.

Such an amazing ending to Wyatt and Sky's story. Forever Beautiful picks up directly where Beautiful ends......leaving us to question where would this relationship go? Ella Bordeaux has yet again taken fans on an emotional journey. This book is not a standalone and I recommend reading Beautiful, the first book in this series before reading Forever Beautiful.

Sky even though she had come so far dealing with the insecurities, the inner demons she battled, those feelings were never far from her thoughts. This time....was it only insecurity or truth. Are things exactly as they seem, what she see's or not? Sky's mind is so cluttered with doubt she does the only thing she knows to do, the only things she's ever done....what's familiar and safe for her.

Wyatt is so proud of the strides Sky has made with becoming independent. Moving beyond and battling those insecurities. He thinks everything is perfect, school as well as their relationship is moving along as they both hoped. How can one moment change it all? It does..... one text changes everything and now he's left with only questions, worried and scared. Where is she, will she let him in or forever close herself off?

Sky soon realizes those demons she fought only lay dormant. Its time to finally get the help she needs to lay those to rest. Move on with her life, the life she know she and Wyatt deserves. As they say, getting there is half the battle! Can they face this battle and their love only grow stronger?

Not only do we get the conclusion of Wyatt and Sky's story but its like 2 books in one as we also follow the story of Michelle and Mitch. That was just an added bonus to this book. Truly their story is an emotional ride as well. This book was just beautifully written. The author kept the characters true to themselves. I truly loved that for these particular characters in this series. It was great to see these characters develop as the story progressed to what I thought crossed from YA to a more mature read.

Kelly Elliott, whom I adore as a writer wrote this series under the pen name Ella Bordeaux. It carries some of the same style I love seeing in her other series. If you are a tried and true fan of Kelly Elliott, then you will love this series!

My heart was beating fast from the very moment I started Forever Beautiful by Ella Bordeaux, after re-reading Beautiful I was ready to find out what happened next and it did not let me down! When I first finished Beautiful the first book in the duology I cursed Ella Bordeaux for the cliffhanger but she delivered in the best way possible with this continuation to the story of Skylar and Wyatt.

We pick up Forever Beautiful where we left off and I was over here shouting YA’LL I NEED TO KNOW what’s happening so I prepared myself for an all-nighter and that 100% was what it was! Wyatt and Skylar both lead in their own right with their POV’s playing to what we think happened and what actually happened. It was at times soul destroying but also so worth it at the end. The second chance at love and life that embodied Forever Beautiful taught valuable lessons and knowing that no matter what life throws at you, everything will be ok eventually. It was beautifully written and I have to give mad props to Ella for never altering the characters to less than they were in Beautiful.

Skylar’s strength in Forever Beautiful showed growth in her character which I admired so much after the turbulent and horribly sad events in the first book. Although flawed with insecurities Skylar embodied teenagers currently who suffer, who deal with insecurities and life and perfection was written in those moments as it was relative to current times.

This story is truly one of forgiveness and building a life after heartbreak and pain. Forever Beautiful was perfection and complimented the first book in the series perfectly and brought tears to my eyes when I finished reading. Wyatt and Skylar’s story holds a place my heart and I know that this book is perfect for Young Adults. Also a quick mention to the supporting characters as they held such important parts of the story. I fell for not only Wyatt and Skylar’s story but the brief glimpse we got a Mitch and Michelle. This book left me compelled to read more Young Adult as it was amazing and also my emotions were all over the place at times. Absolutely loved it and would definitely reading if you haven’t already! xx

4.5 Stars!

“I guess I knew he was going to move on, but I really didn’t think it would be with someone from our hometown. Oh my gosh! It’s like that Sam Hunt song. What is it? Something about breaking up in a small town. That’s exactly what this is going to be like. We’ll come home on holidays, and I’ll have to see him with her. I’m never going to be able to listen to Sam Hunt again.”

Ha Ha Ha!! How can you read Forever Beautiful and not quote a reference to Sam Hunt!! I love Sam Hunt, and I love when authors mention real singers in their books. It creates a real connection with the characters! Speaking of characters, I LOVE WYATT!! I felt like it had been a while since I met him, so I went back and reread Beautiful and fell in love with him all over again!! I'm not sure which story I liked him more in. He seriously is one of the sweetest book boyfriends from the young adult genre. I liked watching Wyatt and Skyler grow up together. Reading about their relationship from start to finish was one of my favorite things about them. It's like I went through their ups and downs right along with them. I really enjoyed their story. I loved that Wyatt continued to be there for Skyler while she continued to overcome her past. He really was a big part of her healing process, and I'm glad she came out stronger! Another thing I really liked was that we got more of Michelle and Mitch! We not only got more about their relationship, but the author actually switches back and forth in their P.O.V's as well! There were 4 character P.O.Vs, which is awesome, because it's like getting two great stories all in one book!! You can't beat that! I promise, if you liked Beautiful, you will not be disappointed by Forever Beautiful. Besides, who doesn't want more of Wyatt!!

This is a nice tale of 4 young adults learning about life. It truly took me back to the year right after high school. It was a learning experience for sure. These 4 have their own learning experiences. We see insecurity, love, and finding their selves while learning about the person in their lives.

Skylar and Wyatt are together, building a life together. They are going through the normal things that 19 year olds find themselves going through, thinking the other is cheating, being wrong, trying to figure out where to go from a starting point. Skylar and Wyatt learn to communicate, learn that they have to talk, and continue to move through life.

Michelle and Mitch have a little rougher road. They were the couple that took me back, although my happy ending didn't end with my high school sweetheart. Michelle's stubborn ways reminded me of myself, not listening and trying to take care of herself at such a young age. Mitch thought he wanted something different until that different wasn't Michelle and he learned better. Sometimes seeing what others have and what is making others happy isn't what will make you happy, and Mitch had to learn that the hardest way.

Ella kept it simple. They spoke like young people, they thought like people who haven't been through an experience, and they had times where they were immature. This age can be very difficult but it helps prepare you for the later years, which we see in the epilogue. I loved this story and I loved that it was real, nothing crazy happened to make the mind wonder.

This was a sweet conclusion to Wyatt and Skylar's story.

Skylar has really come on in leaps and bounds, she is becoming much more independent. Wyatt was having a bit of a tough time accepting her independence, but was equally very proud of her too.

Sky was very quick at jumping to conclusions, and eventually saw through her impatience to see that she reacted too quickly.

Then we get Michelle and Mitch with very strong supporting roles, also going through hell, and whilst their situation took on a more serious note, it also impacted into Skylar and Wyatt lives.
Mitch was a cad with how he treated Michelle, and I'm glad they worked through their painful issues. Michelle was really upset and made some rushed decisions, the miscommunication seemed to be consistent.

Both their parents are really nice, they have good intentions, even if Sky and Wyatt think they are interfering.

Once things were talked through each couple really did love each other, and wanted each other to be happy.

This saw two very much in love people growing stronger because of each other, and their friends and family, whilst dealing with strong matters of the heart.

It was a really lovely ending, really happy to see each one of them happy and content.

Forever Beautiful is the story I have been waiting on for way too long and now that I finally read it I can breath a sigh of relief. Ella Bordeaux writes a story that makes sense and gives us a sense of hope and accomplishment. It's been so long since I haven't read YA that and I forgot how refreshing it is. This books was beautiful and written with passion and soul. I felt everything these characters were feeling and I even shed a few tears during the emotional parts.

Forever Beautiful starts right away where Beautiful (Book 1) left off. I won't say exactly what happened but it hit me hard and I was happy to finally have read this book. It gave me all the answers I needed and I was so relieved! What I love about this story is that not only are we following Skylar an Wyatt, but we also get Mitch and Michelle. It is the perfect combination and I love that we get their story as well.

Ella Bordeaux creates a world where it is hard not to love these characters. You get to know them and follow their dreams in Forever Beautiful and it is fascinating to watch. I was captivated and drawn in to this story and I am incredibly sad to let it go but I couldn't be happier. This book was everything and more!

Forever Beautiful is book 2 in the YA Beautiful series by NYT best selling author Kelly Elliott, writing as Ella Bordeaux. It picks up right where Beautiful left off, so reading Beautiful first is a must.

The first few chapters are very emotional, as you can feel the sadness, guilt, and doubt that Skylar is experiencing. Skylar has made some incredible progress letting go of the past but old habits die hard. Times got tough, or so she thought, and she did what she knew. She ran. Things aren't always what they seem though and when Wyatt explains everything, their relationship is stronger than ever. Wyatt is the perfect book boyfriend. So loving, patient, protective and understanding. I adored them as a couple and enjoyed watching their love grow.

I liked that Mitch and Michelle (Sky's brother and best friend) also had a little side story within the pages. It added the perfect amount of drama and emotion. The characters are well developed and the story line was perfect for a young adult novel.

Overall I feel like this is the perfect conclusion to a beautiful YA love story. And the epilogue....it just doesn't get better than that. I highly recommend this series.

I was really looking forward to this book after the way Beautiful ended. I loved how in love that Wyatt and Skylar were and I really wanted them to get their HEA. Their love persisted in Forever Beautiful, there was no doubting how much they cared for each other. Even through Wyatt's frustations he still wanted to do anything he could to make sure their relationship worked. Skylar really annoyed me in this book. I just couldn't connect with her. She jumped to conclusions at times that made no sense as far as her and Wyatt's relationship was concerned. Wyatt seemed easily aggravated with her which made me question whether I really wanted them together no matter how much they loved each other. It just seemed a bit childish. I liked the plot but if I'm really honest I wish their was more depth to the story. It fell a bit flat at times. I also wish this was only Wyatt and Skylar's story because I feel like what was going on with Michelle and Mitch took away from Wyatt and Skylar. There was enough going on between the two of them for them to have their own book. I just wasn't drawn into the story as a whole the way I was with the first book.

Forever Beautiful continues from where Beautiful ended. Sky is certain Wyatt has committed the ultimate sin in their relationship. So she does the only thing she can think of...run from him. She soon learns things are not what they seem and hopes Wyatt will understand and forgive her for assuming, not talking and leaving. With her past issues (in Beautiful) and this latest stunt she pulled, Sky realises she needs help from a professional in order to put her demons to rest and move forward. With the help of a councillor, we see her grow in confidence and learn to open up as the story progressed.

Now Mitch and Michelle definitely had their work cut out for them, thanks to Mitch and his selfish ways!!!!!! GAH he irritated me so bad!!! His words, and his actions clearly devastated Michelle!! It's hard to like a character who hurts others...even when they admit they were wrong! He's lucky he didn't have to grovel longer!!!!!!!

I loved the epilogue where we were able to see both couples and what they accomplished together! It was a terrific ending to a wonderful story!

I forgot how much I truly loved Wyatt and Skylar. Ella has done it again in the sequel to this series. This book starts off right where we are left in Beautiful! Page one hits you with a bang of emotion and it doesn’t stop there.
This book takes your heart on a roller coaster ride and you don’t know where you are going to end up. From reading beautiful, we know how hard it is for Skylar to trust after what she is been through, and this book shows how she grows more from that.
Wyatt is my man. He is so honorable and good. He really is there for Skylar and wants what is best for her even though it may put him second at times.
One reason that I loved this book is also because we got to see the issues that Mitch and Michelle go through and how they handle things. With this book, it was like 2 full stories in one. This book also had a perfect ending, that allowed the stories come full circle.5 stars to a great follow-up!!!

I received this ARC for an honest review.

This is the second book in the Beautiful series. This is a YA book which is not my normal read but this book was really enjoyable.

This is a brilliant conclusion to the series. The first book left with us thinking that Wyatt had betrayed Skylar. She did her usual thing and ran without giving him a chance to talk.

The new book starts with Wyatt's point of view and what the text was about. the first few chapters were heart breaking to read. I felt like shouting at Skylar to ring Wyatt to find out the truth.

The story shows how far this couple come and how their lives progress.

This is an amazing read. Would recommend to anyone.

Well done Ella another great book and conclusion to the series

I really love Kelly Elliot/ Ella's writing and this was a another beautiful story. I'm glad the cliff hanger didn't drag on to much but I did get a little annoyed in chapter 3 there was a lot of "we need to talk.", " We haven't really talked yet." and they seemed to repeat the same heart to heart over to much and it was set starting to get boring. I was pleasantly surprised by Michelle and Mitch's chapters in fact I enjoyed them so much I couldn't wait to get those chapters. I did feel that Mitch and Michelle story seemed to take over and had more excitement and drama and twists than Skylar and Wyatt unfortunately. it was a great second book but with out Mitch and Michelle chapters it might of fallen short. But still beautiful if you your a fan you will it.

Phew! So glad we cleared that up!

I started this book with a lump in my throat and anger strumming through my veins. Righteous indignation became a mask and I was ready to throw down...

Did I overreact? Nunya. None of your business, unless of course you are dying to know what happened. Did he cheat? Which he? How in tune is Wyatt to everything going on around him? Will there be an HEA? Seriously, these are questions you need answers to.

The only way to get them...read it.

It's YA so cue the angst. Who doesn't like angst!?! It's a quick read and it answers the questions that have been building up since Beautiful ended on a huge can of worms. Smiling is not optional, it's a symptom of reading Forever Beautiful.

This book felt much shorter than Beautiful and continues right where the first book left off. I really felt like both books could have been combined into a single novel.

I didn’t enjoy this one as much as Beautiful because there was a lot more focus on Mitch and Michelle. Skylar and Wyatt didn’t seem to get much of a story at all other than the typical misunderstandings that could have been avoided if they would just communicate.

I also didn’t like Mitch’s character in this book. He just didn’t seem to be the same guy that he was in the first book. There was also a cheating storyline, which is an overused trope that I despise.

I still enjoyed it though and finished it in one sitting.

LOVED this conclusion to Skylar & Wyatt's story! It picked up just where book #1 left off. Things aren't always as they appear. How would YOU handle thinking your love is not being faithful? This book had me all in my feels. I love the primary characters as well as the secondary characters. We get a lot of Mitch & Michelle and get to see all of their twists & turns! This book is a YA but it deals with a lot of sensitive, relatable subject matters. We learn forgiveness & acceptance. We also feel the emotions of things like cheating, heartache and denial. I love the writing style & can't wait for more!

Skylar and Wyatt continue their story in Forever Beautiful. Skylar tries to find ways to fight her insecurities when it comes to the relationship between her and Wyatt. Things aren't always what they seem. Also we are shown the relations of Mitch and Michelle. Both couples are young and trying to figure out what it best for each other.

Both couples put me through an emotional ringer. With the highs and lows they're love and strength still pull them through. What a sweet and captivating end to a BEAUTIFUL story.

Amazing

This book is just amazing. Following on from Beautiful it carries on not just with Skylar and Wyatt's story but Michelle and Mitch's story too. And times you want to scream and shout at the characters but you still love them. It's an amazing love story, second chance love story that will make you laugh shout and shed a tear! A definite must read! I loved it!

Very disappointed in this book. Waited a while for it to come out. First, the story was a lot more about Sky's brother and his girlfriend. As for Sky....very immature and probably shouldn't be off at college. Then to have her attacked again??...I could've done without this book. I'm surprised because I have really enjoyed Kelly's other books.

Omg

Another roller coaster of emotions. Unlike the first, in this you get to see things from not only Wyatt and Skylar's point of view but also Mitch and Michelle's point of view. That definitely added more interest into the story. My fave part though would have to be the ending! Not sure there could have been a better one!!
