Matthew grew up with his grandmother's stories about Omegas, fated lovers, and true bonds. When his arranged mating turns out to be little more than a bond of convenience, he runs, fleeing the safety of his Pack and his traditional family.
Zack, exiled from his Pack after his relationship with the Alpha's son became known, has spent a lonely and bitter year as a rogue. Finding Matthew half-dead in the snow, he can't shake his protective nature and brings the wolf home to tend him.
When Matt sets his eyes on Zack, he knows the handsome Alpha is his. Caught up in the passion of his heat, they lose themselves in a night together. But things look a lot different in the cold light of day when Matt awakens with no bond to the Alpha lying next to him.
Zack balks when he finds out the truth about Matt, doing his best to ignore the growing attraction between them. Before they can part ways, what seems like half the shifter world arrives on their doorstep; rogues, Fenrir's Warriors, and Zack's ex.
But the consequences of their night together aren't so easily brushed aside and when Zack gets the chance to set things right between them, he must decide if his connection to Matt is worth fighting for.
The Alpha's Wish is a 44,000-word romance novella with a happy ending and no cliffhangers. It includes mpreg and some intimate scenes not suitable for readers under 18.
While The Alpha's Wish could be read as a standalone, it continues plot threads and features characters from previous books and is best enjoyed as part of the series.
Claire Cullen is an author and aspiring baker. Since she was a toddler, she has loved making up stories. Getting them down on paper proved a challenge in the early years when her preferred medium was finger puppets. She moved on to pen and paper, and later to keyboards, and hasn't looked back since, except for occasional bouts of nostalgia.
This started better than the previous books, but soon it became obvious that both Matt and Zack were stupid MCs and they made their own mess. My least favorite of the series so far.
This might be my favorite story in the series so far! I just loved Matt, how he really wanted that fairy tale happy ending, and how much he wanted it to be with Zach.
I think that it's each story, the writing in stronger and the storytelling is getting more complex. I thought it was interesting with the Fenrir's Wolves group, Zach's ex and the rogues, and all the pack dynamics. It made for a fun read that I didn't want to put down!
Although these are standalone stories with an ending, there are characters from previous stories woven in. I, for one, really want more with Seb and Ro and for them to start a family.
Hope there will be more in this series soon!
I received an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review.
I didn’t like this book as much as the second one. I kept running hot and cold on Zack. The plot of the mean Alpha father is getting old as well. It was ok.
The author changed directions in this series. This book was not like the previous books that I fell in love with. It wasn't the harsh gritty animalistic shifter world. It didn't have a tough resilient smart omega. It didn't have a sexy dominant strong-willed decisive alpha. It didn't have the angst and the emotional connection that I was expecting.
Matt was a shallow insipid TSTL teenager. Zack could fight like an alpha, but acted like a beta. He didn't have strong alpha instincts. He was quite dull. Both of these MCs were not impressive at all. The relationship development between the two was almost non existent. The sex was really bad.
Definitely my least favorite of the series. I read this last because I felt I wasn't going to enjoy it as much as the rest and I was right. The premise is great, I live for a runaway MC and the idea of the future partner saving him but rejecting the bond at first seems intriguing.
The problem is that besides how rushed the plot became and the instalust element which I'm not into, it felt as if the omega MC's love was onesided until the end. The alpha MC had a moment of realization, but it was too weak. He wasn't even sure about . It pissed me off.
I didn't feel the connection between them, only onesided and unrequited. I liked the omega MC and his story, which was the reason I pushed through. He just deserved a better partner. This was a letdown, which explains the 2 stars.

Loved Mathew in this one. But again not so keen on the Alpha, although to be fair at least he wasn't a violent asshole. But really poor boyfriend material again.
Enjoyed seeing the babies if only very briefly. I hope they can play a bigger part soon. Still not sure I'm sold on the birthing process, but it did make a kind of sense.
While alone these are sweet stories I'm enjoying the build up to the bigger picture.
The Alpha’s Choice is a very enjoyable Alpha/Omega mpreg story. The author continues to build her world for these characters as part of the Omegaverse world, and I continue to enjoy the series. The focus is on building the characters and how they interact with one another, along with the rules of the packs. This is Ben and Adam’s story which begins in a this-isn’t-going-to-work manner. Ben is not sugary sweet but Ben helps Adam to come into his own so he can make his own decisions going forward. There is a good HEA that doesn’t leave us wanting while we go forward into the next book in the series. I recommend reading the books in this series in order.
What is with this author and the increasing trauma in this series?? Each book has the same baseline formula, a little different in the first book, but an omega who is separated from his pack mostly abused and then an alpha who fights the bond till the end, apparently thinking bonds are a thing of fantasy, but with each book it seems to get darker and darker, I scrolled through most of this book but stopping at 77%. All these books do is frustrate me.
I deal with some abused clients at work, last thing I want to do is read a book chalked full of abuse and manipulation.
I’m definitely done with this entire series. Not for me!!!
I'm loving this world, and the politics between packs
Once again, we get an alpha in Zach who had been so damaged by his pack's rejection of him that he can't see the blessing that having a partner truly is. I wonder if we will ever really find out what happened to that northern pack that is the source of all of the current turmoil.
Also, what makes a pack? Why is the FW not a pack by nature rather than a collection of rogues? They seem to have an alpha in James and they have structure, stability, and purpose...
A little convenient, running away from home and finding your fated mate in the middle of nowhere ( guess that’s the fate part). And then he’s so deep in his own feelings, he’s a jerk and not ready for commitment.
But he changes his mind, almost too late.
Sets up more mystery of the world, with conspiracies and members sold off; wonder if omegas really vanished, or if they are part of an underground human trafficking ring.
I loved all three books so far and this one is a little less crazy than the other books but I still loved it. If your Looking for a book with M/m shifter romance this book including the first two are perfect. It's a little PG for my taste but I do like a sweet romance.
Although I love the first two books of this series and the couples, this story and the couple were not all I hoped they would be, The end of the book left me feeling like something was missing.
I enjoyed Matt and Zach`s story, there are lots of twists in the story to keep us guessing. I think that with each story, the writing in stronger and the storytelling is getting more complex. I really enjoyed this one, Cant wait for the next one
An interesting and at times, complicated, addition to the series. There are several story threads in this book 3, most are successfully completed to the reader’s satisfaction. This book, like the others, ends with a promise for the future.
I can't wait to read the next one in this series. I've really enjoyed reading them all. I got really mad at Zack in the beginning, but then he pulled his head out of his butt, and he got better. Poor Matt, he tried so hard and just wanted a good life.
Book three was another Alpha/Omega love story, but the guys in this were resistant. With little info on Omega's, what it takes to Bond seems to vary. I do love the characters, love the story. Can't wait to see where the Fernin's Warriors come up with!
This was another great read I'm truly enjoying this series and these couples I'm thinking that Adam and Sebastian is do to have their own soon with everyone else having children and them being the first couple .
Wow, I really did not care for Zach, and the lack of actual romance between them, or any of those sweet, gooey in-love feelings I read the genre for, made it an almost dnf for me. I'd call it a 2.5☆ rounded up for me, but I'm still going with the series for now, because I do like savior stories.
Estaba un poco atascada, q no sabía qué leer... y esta serie con libros cortitos de Omegaverse, me ha enganchado mucho... son historias muy simples que tampoco me han dicho mucho... de ahí el aprobado raspadito 😅
Weakest book of the series so far, as the core relationship didn’t really resonate, and I can’t really deal with the idea of such an abused person having instant sex with someone after being found half-dead in the snow.
It is an excellent third book in the series. Looking forward to reading the others. The writing is exceptional as always. The characters are very very well fleshed iut.
While I am enjoying this series I just feel like so much more could have been covered. I am left wishing for more. I keep hoping they will start including more story.
