The electric conclusion to the Half-Demon Rogue Trilogy
Four months after the Blood Frost rocks Inonda, a new threat knocks down salvage retrieval specialist Kalos Aeon's door. Moon burned vampires capable of walking in the light have descended upon the small Texas town, intent on causing chaos and destruction.
And, as the supernatural world teeters on the edge of exposure, bloodthirsty vampires might be the least of Kalos's problems.

A satisfying conclusion that will not disappoint. All past characters come together for the final story. Some of the events are surprising and others are what you could only hope for. I loved the resolution of the overall plot as well as some of the side stories. For fans of Dresden files, Alastair Stone and Lucien Colt series this trilogy is a must.
I got turned onto this series due to the fact that it was available to read for free with my Kindle Unlimited subscription. That was the method I chose to read this book (and the previous books in the series).
I'm definitely torn over this book. As the final book to the trilogy, many parts felt forced, skimmed over. However, the conclusion at the end of the book was ultimately a satisfying outcome, but the bulk of the book lacked momentum.
Before about 2/3 of the way through the book, my mentality was that the book deserved a 2 star rating. However, the way the book wrapped up from that point onward changed my mind. I felt like the author should have put more effort into the explanation, less on the fighting and general stabby-stab. I suppose the conclusion was decent enough to sate the holes.
All in all, I'd give each of these books, individually, within this trilogy between 3 and 3.5 stars. While it wasn't the greatest trilogy I've ever read, it won't stop me from reading more from D.N. Erikson going forward.
This story started burst out of the starting gates, like a supercharged Kentucky Derby and raced all the way to the end of the book, one explosion after another, betrayal after betrayal, and the half demon barely escaping annihilation time after time. This was a very good ending to a tremendous trilogy. I highly recommend this book and the other two books prior as well.
Good Series hated to see it end ! Excellent carracters hated to see him turned permanttly mortal also hate to see the world go to crap that bad. I'm a happy ending kinda guy. Well written ,good read !
I really enjoyed this series starring Kalos. All the books were really good and this one is my favorite. I can't wait to read Ruby's story and see what happens in twenty years.
Meh. Felt like a let down. Felt like parts were skipped or at least skimmed over, feels like cheating. Interesting enough plot line and characters, just wish there’d been a little bit more.
Kindle Unlimited, little bit of this that and the other from Demon Rogue (The Half-Demon Rogue Trilogy Book 1) to Blood Frost (The Half-Demon Rogue Trilogy Book 2) on to Moon Burn (The Half-Demon Rogue Trilogy Book 3) with the 3 set making it easy for no cliffhangers just get this one, or get them separately and just read straight through.Bought some separately, then buy trilogy or get on ku, simple.
