I read this book twice. While in two very different emotional scenarios. I think the techniques and advice in this book can be helpful for anyone, even outside of a relationship. This book highlights the importance of patience and meditation, something that I know I need to work on. I'm not saying this book is a fix for every strained relationship, but it's a good start; it's a better start for reforming yourself and the way you react to people and scenarios thrown vour wav.
