I really loved the simplicity of this book. The author provides the right amount of information for a beginner to learn about chakras. Anodea Judith provides books with a lot more detail if you want more in-depth information. I liked the layout divided into ways to balance one's chakras using the reader's method of choice - affirmations, food, nature, crystals, essential oils, exercise and more. It would have been helpful if the author shared more about himself.
