This short story was intriguing and excellently written, drawing me in from the very beginning - even the descriptive writing about the McDonald's was so good it caught my imagination! (Although not always in the best way!!) I loved the story and all its twists. And its ending? Perfection. Highly recommended for lovers of the weird and wonderful, or for someone just looking for a short read that'll keep them entertained on a boring commute - just be prepared to be hooked!

Strange story about Avery. If she gets too upset, she ends up in another place. Obviously she'd love to stay in one place. Fast paced, short story.

A short story (free from the author's website) which serves as an introduction to his writing. This lives up to the title - and She in fact goes to several locations in the space of some 30 pages... I'd like to know more about her and will need to read more by Mr Oday.

I'm loving everything by O'day including this short. The romance part is a bit cheesy and fast-paced, but it's a short, so... The premise is great and could definitely be used in a longer tale.

I love Oday's writing style, and have yet to be disappointed by his works. This short piece is an interesting science-fiction story based on a woman named Avery who has a unique problem when it comes to controlling her emotions. If she becomes too upset or emotional, she somehow manages to jump from one location to another with nothing more than the clothes on her back and whatever she's physically holding at the time. It's a quick, fun read and left me wanting to know more about what happened with Avery and her new French friend!

Hmm, what to say.....it is a short story, very quick ready, but lots of content, speed and a little bit of uncertainty and mystery.....with a splash of romance at the end........but definitely left you wanting more!!

Once Juan gets written into Avery’s story, how will their plot thread resolve? Someone was tracking her. Was it the white-faced Ronald McDonald? It really didn’t matter. She couldn’t surrender. If only this was a book instead of a short story :>(
