This was a great second instalment in the series.
I fell in love with the characters in the first book and this carries on in Courage to Fight. It picks off pretty much where Courage to Trust ends. It's so hard to write these and it not give away any spoilers from both books. Will Scarlett have the courage to fight for Rhett? Will Rhett have the courage to fight for Scarlett or will his secrets which we are yet to know keep them apart?
All of the characters are back from the first book- Adam makes a return but can he be trusted and CeCe is still around causing trouble for Rhett and Scarlett.
It was a great plot and a good pace- I was quickly sucked in- I didn't want to put it down and go to work. I felt mixed emotions whilst I was reading- at times I wished Scarlett would stand up for herself but I could understand why she did what she did and accepted what others told her. There is a section near the end where I had tears in my eye's it so well emotional and beautifully written. It does end on a slight cliffhanger so I can't wait to read the final book as there are still a few questions to be answered.
The author adds in some great sexy steamy scenes. Overall this was a great sexy, steamy and emotional read which I really enjoyed and I would highly recommend this series.

It's a difference in a story too, where the UK meets the US in a subject I'm not familiar with - UFC Fighting.
A very troubled young woman with a drinking problem and low self- esteem. I don't wanna say too much in fear of this being a spoiler. But their love is pure but if it isn't CeCe getting in the way it's an old foe who wants a rematch

This author has become one of my favorite. I read Courage to trust first And fell in love with the character. Rhett a UFC fighter with demons that he is fighting in his dreams. Scarlett an alcoholic fighting to do better and also fighting to learn to open up. In this installment they are fight a lot of things. I don't want to give anything away. But what are they fighting? Who can they trust? Are friends really friends? Well some of these questions will be answer but will all of your questions be answered?

Talk about a roller coaster of emotions! Scarlett and Rhett are amazing-as usual- in this second book. Not only are they completely distraught without each other, they are trying to live normal lives when the other half of their soul is not next to them. They want each other to fight for them. They want to be the one that matters, and when it comes to matters of the heart and soul, sometimes you can't think rationally. You try to do the best that you can with the information that you have, but ultimately when it comes down to it, you might have to make decisions that you may or may not like
I couldn't put this book down. Im being 100% honest when I say that my kindle when everywhere that I did. When my kindle died (gasp!! I know!!) I switched to my app on my phone so I could finish it. That is how captivating this book is! I have only read Courage to Trust and this book by Pavan. And now I am thinking that I need to go and purchase her other books. If they are as wonderful as Courage to Fight is, then I am missing out!

Again, I'm left with all the feels.
Look, my soul has gone through enough! I need Book 3 to come on so my spirit can be at ease. Scarlett and Rhett have me all tied in knots. Will she go to London? Is Scarlett ever going to get a break in life? Will Rhett ever tell Scarlett what his demons are? I need answers ASAP PDQ! My only critique is that there needs to be closer editing. There are some words out of place in sentences where you can guess what it's supposed to say, but it slows the story down to try and figure it out.

Book two in Rhett and Scarlett's story is an emotional rollercoaster that will have you gripped. This is a fantastic series that will have you wanting to read more. Rhett still not telling his demons and Scarlett is losing into hers more. This is an amazing read that I'd highly recommend to others as a must read. Can't wait to continue the story in book three.

Book 2 did not disappoint! Scarlet and Rhett still have the magnetic pull towards each other but can they live with each others hidden demons?
Scarlet feels hurt and betrayed still and Rhett wont talk to her about his. While all this is happening there is still the drama with CeCe and you get to know Jay. I love Jay!
Once you start this series, you cannot put it down!

OMG... Rhett and Scarlett are going to be the death of me!!
I fell in love with Rhett and Scarlett when I read Courage to Trust. So I was very excited and curious to find out what was in store for them. Courage to Fight picks up where Courage to Trust left off. Scarlett's story appealed to me on so many levels. And Rhett was well on his way to winning my heart completely. But I'm with Scarlett on this, he really needs to man-up and open up about his demons. I honestly hope he does...and soon! Before it's too late and he lets those demons come between them and destroy everything thing he has with Scarlett, including her fragile state of sobriety.
Slowly but surely we were on our way to finding out what demons haunt Rhett but sadly, the story takes a slight pause (I wouldn't really consider it a cliffhanger). Will Rhett have the courage to Fight his demons and fight for a future with Scarlett?! Will she give him the chance to do so? We'll have to wait until the next book to get all the answers to these questions and more! I can't wait! Hurry up Pavan!!!

These books deserve 10 stars! Kaur has really knocked it out of the ball park with these books! I hope her other series is just as good.
This book picks up right where the first one left off. I liked this book bc you actually get to meet Rhett's mom & more of his friends. My heart breaks for Scarlett so much, I was crying for her. Rhett really makes me mad I would love to go a couple of rounds in the ring with him for how he does Scarlett. I'm so looking forward to the next book & see how Scar comes back fighting.

Scarlett lost herself when she left Rhett, the one thing she promised never to do again.
When Rhett turns up again and promises that he will talk about his demons but needs time Scarlett believes him.
With the help of friends Scarlett realises that she can love again, the only thing that is playing on her mine is Rhett’s demons and his friendship with CeCe who seems to know all his demons.
With Rhett having to return to England for a fight Scarlett has to decide with the small amount of information that he gives her and the promise is she prepared to go or will she lose herself again.

Holy Smokes Batman!!
Another fantastic read, I am so loving this series I can't get enough I need book 3 STAT!
It was such a good read, I was literally on the edge of my seat for the end of this book, my heart in my mouth, screaming NO don't finish here!
I was hooked from the beginning to the end, I love when a book can do this to me.
Such an emotional read too, I was like.. Go, no don't go, yes go, No don't go..
I mean the ending I just can't get it out of my head, don't get me wrong I loved the whole book, but the ending just pulled at my Heartstrings, left me bereft and wanting more and I'm friggin dying for more, I cannot recommend this book and series enough.
Well done Pavan Kaur, for pulling me in keeping me engaged throughout the whole book and giving so much more in the story.
Oh and did I mention it's A Sizzling Hot Read.... Hot Damn it sure was!
I CAN'T wait for the next instalment...... Bring it on lol!

She’s broken and he’s back, a completely captivating and heartbreaking story……..
So at the end of book one we read that Scarlett broke up with Rhett after his fight with Zach because he wouldn’t open up to her so now its the weeks after that……..
Scarlett was so broken that he didn’t knock her door down and fight for what they had. Rhett left and went back to England and she heard nothing from him. Then she returns to work and finally piecing herself back together when she heads to clean the room that she and Rhett had shared so many special memories and is faced with the man that broke her heart wide open………
Rhett has pulled all strings to get his next fight moved to Las Vegas in hope that he can get Scarlett back. He is a mess without her and can only survive when she is “always by his side”. Scarlett does not welcome him with open arms and tells him that unless he is going to open up to her about his demons she doesn’t want anything to do with him.
Scarlett can’t function when she feels him near and his presence blocks all her senses but he always knows what she needs. When Rhett returned from England he brought his mum with him so in this book we meet her and get a chance to see how much she wants Scarlett to be part of Rhetts life. CeCe is also in this book and has a hugh part in this book not because she is a jealous ex but she is now Rhetts WIFE……. Yes I know I could hardly believe it too but what is the story behind this marriage so many question!!!!!!
This book goes through the ups and downs of Scarlett and Rhetts relationship he does win her back in the promise to talk but as every day passes she is still further from what haunts him. Together as a couple they have grown so much she trusts Rhett so much and always feels loved and safe when she is with him. The one thing in this book that is very clear they love each other so much and they most definitely are soulmates but so much lies in the way of there happily ever after….
Rhetts fight is fast approaching and a weeks after he must return to England to start his training for his next big fight. He wants Scarlett to think about coming with him but he still hasn’t opened up about his demons she has had enough so he is given the final ultimateum, talk or leave and don’t ever contact her again……..
So we are all left at the end of this book our hearts breaking and swooning at his final attempts to win her over but what will Scarlett do will she fight or will she close the door????
Loved this book and I cannot wait for book three so I’m giving it a well deserving 5 stars

Loved this book. I'm addicted to the love story of Rhett and Scarlett. I loved reading about these 2 and watching the bond between them strengthen even more. I need book 3 now to see how it all ends. I need a HEA for these 2.

Nooo why did it have to finish there??
This book follows on from where book 1 left off. I thought there would be more answers in this book but it just left me with more questions and I read non stop until the end. Scarlett and Rhett are still not in a very good place and their relationship is far from easy. I need the next one ASAP!

Loved the second instalment in this series. Love how the story progressed and so did Rhett's relationship with Scarlett.
I really wanted to learn Rhett's demons but this just makes me want book 3 even more!

I would have loved to give this more than 3 stars, but it needs some serious editing. There were parts that I had to completely stop and try to figure out what the sentence was saying. Will gladly come back and raise rating if editing is ever done!
