Brain Boosting is fun book that talks how a person can boost his brain power and tease your mind. Book is split in several chapters that are dealing with all kinds of brain activities like problem solving, language, creativity, memory and so on, every chapter explains in short how can you improve all those and gives several tasks to begin brain activity. It is really fun and simple to fallow.
I recommend this book to all who want to improve themselfs before continouing on more chalenging tasks.

A book I will be revisiting regularly. It brings it home to you just how facets of the brain there are. Exercises for work, rest and play are all in here. Over 200 brain challenges are included, but this is much more than your typical brain workout/puzzle book. It has sections covering concentration, problem solving, language, numbers, visual perception, memory and creativity and contains a good bibliography at the end. Each section is further broken down into sub-sections covering, expanding and explaining each in greater depth. It also includes some physical exercises to improve and flex your brain. The text is light and brief and easily absorbed. All in all an amazing book.
