The book presents the idea of the 4 different splits of the brain and their implication in the work life. It has a lot of selling for the HBDI test as well as the course that helps you take action based on your dominant types. Furthermore, the book has a lot of the author's personal story which illustrates some of the points. There are useful bits that you can get and apply from the book. To get the useful bit you need to read throughout the whole book (it's 400+ pages and each page is almost double standard page) and pay attention to what goes where. Overall, I found the idea of the 4 different types and that we need to learn to bridge the gaps between them interesting. Some of the examples are also helpful in achieving it.
