Holiday romance and mayhem from the author of the international bestselling Annihilate Me series. More than two million books sold worldwide in seven different languages! After one hellish year in which their lives nearly were claimed by a madman—and with a new baby on the way in just a matter of weeks—Jennifer and Alex decide to spend this particular holiday season in Manhattan with their extended family of friends, if only so Jennifer can be close to her doctor. With that decision made and no travel plans on the horizon, one would think that this holiday should be a breeze, right? Not even close. First, Blackwell and Lisa butt heads over who’s the best choice to throw Jennifer’s baby shower. As infamously strong-willed as Blackwell is, she’s soon rattled to find out that Lisa is no pushover. In fact, she’s hellbent on proving that she can stand up to Blackwell with ideas of her own…in ways that might leave the reader howling. Second, there’s Cutter and Daniella, who are headed straight for a break-up due to Daniella’s insistence that they move in together Will they be kissing under the mistletoe after weeks of not speaking? After Blackwell has a heart-to-heart talk with her daughter, readers might be surprised by the outcome… Third—and perhaps most dire in this book—is the appearance of Ava Kent, Jennifer’s abusive and cunning drunk of a mother, who suddenly crashes back into Jennifer’s life in ways that are so corrosive and toxic, it sends an already fragile Jennifer literally to her breaking point. In “Annihilate Holiday,” expect all the romance, love, sexy times and laughs that you’ve enjoyed in the previous Holiday books, but also expect much more drama, especially when it comes to Ava. When she dares to threaten Jennifer with one mother of a deception that sheds new insight into Jennifer’s past, she does so with a fierceness that darkens these holidays in the coldest of ways. Make sure to read “Annihilate Them” before you read “Annihilate Holiday.”
Christina Ross began writing on nights and weekends while working as an intern for an international, iconic fashion magazine. After eight years, she left that position as an editor. Many of Christina's narratives reflect her background as an insider in the world of fashion.
Now, with a successful fashion career behind her, Christina divides her time between her apartment on Park Avenue in Manhattan and her new home along the coast of Maine. Christina loves spending quality time with her girlfriends in both locations. A lifelong animal-lover, Christina's favorite charity is the ASPCA, to which she encourages all her readers to contribute.
Loved this book! I have read every book written by Christina Ross and each book has just gotten better and better.
Its a great catch up with our old friends Jennifer and Alex which. We have been through so much with these characters and its great to see them finally get the family they want and deserve. Not only do they get the child that the long for there is a lot of humor along the way. The first 4-5 page had me laughing out loud which is a welcome change to some of the drama these characters have faced. We do get an unwelcome visit from Jennifer's past and learn more about this wonderful character which was heartbreaking and beautiful (the way Alex and her friends stand by her) at the same time. Wonderful!
Ms Ross has elevated her writing and I noticed she seemed to have taken more chances with Annihilate Them: Holiday which I loved. We do get to see our old friends, Blackwell, Daniella, Lisa and Tank whose stories all moved forward along with cameos from many others. This book is a perfect set up for the next book Lisa and Tank which I cant wait for!
I absolutely love the closure that this book brought for Jennifer an Alex. The first chapter of the book was absolutely hilarious. I think many women who have experienced pregnancy & labor can relate to Jennifer. However, there were a few things that I found odd, that didn’t mesh well with the previous books. But, they were so minor it didn’t take away from the story, at all. The book did feel rushed especially when it came to how Jennifer’s mom entered the story line. The timelines don’t mesh up with the other books either. Such as Jennifer & Alex have supposedly been together for 5 years, yet of you followed all the books thus far this is their third Christmas with their friends. Also, Lisa & Tank are mentioned as having been engaged for two years, which would follow the series timeline correctly. This is my one major criticism...I have never met anyone who even thought about sex, especially oral sex, a week after having a baby. It just doesn’t happen. All in all, this was still a great read & I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you want to laugh until you have tears in your eyes.
I’ve loved this series and reading about all of the recurring characters and they are progressing through life. This one was an excellent continuation of Daniella and Cutter, and even of Lisa and Tank. Blackwell’s shenanigans never disappoint! The aspect that bothered me was the physical relationship between Jennifer and Alex after the baby was born.
*Spoiler alert* I don’t buy that Jennifer was willing or even physically able to make love to her husband a week after her child was born. The doctor doesn’t clear a woman for intercourse for at least 4 and usually 6 weeks post birth. Not to mention the condition of the female anatomy post birth is NOT normal! Any kind of sex (even oral or anal) would be uncomfortable at best and extremely painful at worst. The abdominal muscle structure would not be ready for orgasms yet! NOPE! Sorry, but I don’t believe this aspect of the story wasn’t written or edited by someone who has given birth.
I really like this series. I may not be giving it 5 star reviews, but I enjoy the characters and the story lines, but that being said.....there are some serious continuity issues that are bugging me. In Annihilate Them, a big deal was made about Alex and Jennifer not signing a prenup. Then in Annihilate Me Holiday, Jennifer said she would just tear up the prenup. What? They eloped in Alex's office, and were going to have a wedding, which never happened. No mention of why, it's just that was never said. Lisa says she was waiting until Tank's parents liked her before marrying him, like the wedding was pushed off for her, then suddenly it's Tank's fault. They picked June to get married a few books back, and then it just never happened. I don't get it.
It also seems like it's the same storylines regenerated over and over. That all being said, I do like them. I hope Christina Ross writes more, because I will read them!
The first chapter of this book had me laughing out loud with tears running down my face at times. Christina Ross's characterizations of Jennifer's pregnancy woes are outrageously funny. Baby Wednesday finally makes its presence known in the world. Alex and Jennifer are ecstatic new parents. Old wounds rise up to cast a pall over Jennifer's life but her man is there for her 100%. The end of one love affair occurs while two others get back on track, giving all a Merrier Christmas. All the usual Annihilate Me characters are present: Blackwell, Alexa, Daniella and Cutter, Lisa and Tank, Kate and Ben and lastly, but not least, Epifania and Redman. This book was so much fun to read with its humorous dialogue and feel good holiday setting. This series is a big favorite of mine and I am looking forward to the nest installment.
This is a holiday story of Alex & Jennifer. Jennifer is now eight months pregnant, and what she goes through until the time she delivers. She delivers three weeks early. There is so much more to this story about all the characters and their dilemmas. There is sadness, happiness and love, and fun, too. There are two new characters that were introduced in Annihilate Them box set. I love the way Christina Ross includes all the characters and where they are now and what they through with their relationships and in their own lives. Looking forward to more books from her.
Blackwell is out of control! Jennifer is as stunning as ever! Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Christina Ross serves up another holiday edition for the ages. Annihilate Them: Holiday brings the sexy suspense we know and love but adds another layer of sass and tenderness. If you have not started from the beginning, please do yourself a favor and start from the first page of the first book. Do not stop until you’ve read the last page of Annihilate Them: Holiday. You are in for a real treat. Be warned, however, you will not want this story to end. The holiday books are my favorites of the series and the latest one certainly does not disappoint. Lisa is on point, as always. Annihilate Them: Holidays brings together all of the beloved family and friends from previous books and gives an update on each. Prepare yourself for the onset of laughter and tears mere moments apart. Christina Ross has outdone herself yet again.
Christina did it again. The Annihilate me series is a MUST read. This final book in the Annihilate me. him then series was wonderful. I couldn't put it down. It wasn't filled with as much suspense as any of the other books, but at this point it didn't need to be. It was filled with lots of laughs and a few tears. Perfect ending to the overall story. Christina has truly made the characters come to life. pull up a comfy chair and a free afternoon - because you are not going to want to put this down until the end. Thank you Christina
Annihilate Them Holiday is another great story following the group through the holidays. Of course, it wouldn't be a typical holiday without a little angst, drama and hissy fits thrown in. But throughout it all Alex and Jennifer stay strong and help those around them come out on top of it all.
Christina Ross weaves a web that surrounds you when reading this series. You get sucked right in and you feel like you are living in the high fashion, hilarious, drama filled lives of the Wenn group.
Celebrating Christmas and the birth of their child
Holiday in New York, this year Jennifer and Alex decided to have Christmas and New Years at home due to Jennifer being 8 months pregnant! While at work she over heard Blackwell and Lisa arguing over her baby shower, then she gets a phone call from her estranged mother trying to blackmail her! After all of this she goes into labor, this holiday edition was fun, exciting, and a little steamy too. Well written and great characters. Recommend with a 5 Stars rating
Only two stars. Continuity errors about Lisa and Tanks wedding. Some factual errors and I didn’t understand another part when she was feeding the baby. Was any research done before writing?
There is no way a woman can/should have sex one week after having a child! Especially after having it naturally. And in the end in Christmas she fed Aiden in the bathroom? Why? They were home alone. Made no sense. Blackwell was particularly viscous in her comments this book and kept saying she was kidding. She was a little too over the top in this book more than the others.

I received this book as an ARC to write an honest review.
"It tooted out of me in a way that sounded oddly cheerful and triumphant". From the first few opening paragraphs, Christina Ross had me giggling as usual. At every turn, Alex shows Jennifer his love and devotion even when she can't see it or understand how he could. As always, Christina shows us how your family is made up of the people you choose to have in your life and not necessarily of the people who raised you.
Super disappointed with the inconsistency in this book….in a previous book Lisa was the holdup on her and Tank getting married and then in this book all of a sudden it’s Tank?
Also disappointed in the lack of “drama” in this one…her mom blackmailing her was almost inconsequential to the story.
That being said I still LOVE this group of characters and the progression in their relationships throughout this book.

This s book was amazing. I'm so happy that Jennifer and Alex got their baby. So can't wait for Lisa and Tanks story to continue. And I'm glad Danielle and Cutter are together. They should have their stories told.

Good Read Loved the storyline, it was funny I can't wait to see what happens next. I truly loved Blackwell with Marcus, I hope they get their own story. I also felt that Jennifer parents shouldn't have gotten rewarded for their deeds.
I read all the books with Alex and Jennifer and love their story, twists and how they triumph as a couple..can you pls write another story about Alex and Jennifer? plus all the extra casts, kudos to you Christina Ross! 😘😘😘
I loved this book, right up until the end. I guess Christina Ross hasn’t had children. No mother would go into a bathroom in her own house to feed her child! WTF! And sex all night long only 7 days after giving birth? Not likely!

I'm sure I'm not the only Christina Ross fan who wants more of Jennifer, Alex, Aiden, Lisa, Tank, Blackwell and the rest of the Wenn Family. Please, Ms. Ross....write more of their stories. We don't want this to end!!
Alex and Jennifer are about to have a family. It’s been a Time of joy and sadness. Jennifer’s friends want to give her a baby shower. See what happens next.
There is bad and then there is really bad… this book feel somewhere in between for me. I’ve only read a couple books from this series and none have been great, but I’ve enjoyed the characters and their stories- this story should have been a novella.
I enjoyed reading this book. The characters are engaging and amazing the connection is undeniable throughout the pages. The storyline flowed easily throughout the pages. A must read!
Jennifer’s last month of pregnancy is uncomfortable. She is hornet, has flatulence and breast that squirt milk to Olympic lengths. But she copes until her mother calls. This book will make you laugh, cry and get mad. Terrific!
I really got sucked into the Annihilate series. They actually aren't very well written - even typos and poor grammar in the writing, but the characters are great and some of it is just so ridiculous it's like watching a train wreck.
I loved this book so many loose ends get tied up and the birth of the baby...awesome. Some of the moments are hilarious and some very poignant. Great book and series
3.5* Another cute addition to the Annihilate series...a few unrealistic postpartum moments but overall loved the interactions and updates on the characters!
