This is a wonderful book to allow me to continue my healthy eating habits, while saving time and electricity. I had the "traditional" pot, but decided to treat myself to a luxury. The recipes here allow you to use your own imagination to create your own dishes limited only by your own imagination.
Some of the recipes look decent, especially the different broths. The cover of the book is nice, but the layout on the inside isn't well done, almost to the point of distraction. The pictures were of a lower quality and weren't useful.
