When a firefighter dies at the scene of an arson, the spoiled young perpetrator flees to a foreign country to hide from murder charges. Unfortunately for the arsonist, the foreign authorities soon locate and arrest him. But then the complex wheels of international diplomacy grind into motion and the very murder charges the arsonist faces result in a sad miscarriage of justice.
