I really liked this book and would recommend it to anyone who has been to the Vietnam Memorial Wall. Wall Magic really helps you understand why memorials are important for remembering the past. The book helps you get a better grasp on a confusing Vietnam War, and what the memorial was all about. Wall magic has multiple stories written by multiple veterans or volunteers at the Vietnam Memorial. The book really shows you that the Memorial is more than just 58,307 names inscribed on black granite, it is a way for people to connect to family, friends, the past, and to honor the brave people who gave their life for their country.
