If I could give this book 10 stars I would. I've waited to review this book as I had read it last year. As prescribed drugs never helped , and gave me more bad side effects so I needed alternatives to fight depression. The steps in this book work. It's just that simple. A year ago I started with the exercise ,vitamins and still do it every day. Lost weight, mentally feel better and haven't killed myself or anybody else! Haha. I tell others about the book all the time. If you truly want to feel better, ( I know depressed individuals will say " why bother?" ) read this book and let it be your other bible. As a nurse I wish I had this information years ago to help patients with more than taking meds. God bless you Nima and thank you for sharing this incredibly helpful book.
