Crowned: The Return of a Savage
Any real hustler knows the unspoken code of the streets is to eat or be eaten, but when it comes to Ashura Trenton, she’s internally battling with herself to either respect the creature that the streets made her or rebel against it. Crowned Queens, an organization that Ashura and Nacobi created when they were freshmen in college, had turned into a lucrative empire right before their very eyes. Young, successful and content with life, Ashura implements the necessary changes to put that lifestyle behind her, but with the power that she’s gained comes a slew of enemies prepared to snatch everything that she has worked for.
Nacobi has always been there for Ashura. Her rider to the point of no return and that will never change. When Ashura gets fed up with Crowned Queens, Nacobi reluctantly follows suit in getting things shut down. However, what they don’t know is that the enemy who is out to get them is closer than either of them would expect.
With love found, love betrayed, and love tainted, the savage that Ashura has fought tooth and nail to keep suppressed is threatening to rear its ugly head. Unbeknownst to the enemy, if the beast is released, they will soon learn why she’s the diva who was Crowned Queen.

1st time reader alert!!!!
I member of Facebook group I'm in gifted a book called Stoned by this author. As I read the synopsis book three of this series was mentioned. So, you know I had to start at the beginning. Well let me tell you, this was a snow day well spent. Ashura and Nacolby have secret lives I'm sooooo lovin it. I can't wait to really find out who Code and Zero are and who the mystery woman is, I have my suspicions but will give no spoilers. Man I am super hype to read book two.

This book was the ish
I over here pondering this review because I can't wait to get to part 2. This book is amazing. I wouldn't have ever known that her husband was the one that wanted her dead. Bih was sleeping with the enemy all of this time. Her entire relationship and marriage was a set up. I feel sorry for Ashura. However, I know she is going to get her revenge, right? I have a feeling who else has betrayed them as well. So on to part 2! Great job to this author!

Definite page turner with a nice and steady pace that builds with each chapter and incidents. Love the couples. Ashura and Nano hung on to their abusive relationships to long, especially considering they are both Savages. WOW, who would have thought Vince was a snake from the very start. Nano and Cole are hilarious. It took a minute to figure out who Code and Zero was...and cant to find out how everything plays out!! On to part 2

When reading her work I can always expect to be enthralled I get so caught up that times seems to speed up. This book had me waiting for the moments when I could pick it back up and I hated to have to put it down. I'm hurrying now to move on to part 2. The twist at the end got me. I was like Anthony and Cole are Bae but then the cliff9has me like nawl Cole.... Read and enjoy you'll be sure to love Crowned!

This is like my 8th book by you in 3 weeks and I read supposed to be reading I get lost in your love but then the beginning mentioned stoned some im like I gotta read that first so I downloaded it then that one mentioned crowned so again I'm like I got read that first lil it is the bomb im on to the next girl keep it up I'm downloading 2 right noooooow

OMG!!!
Wow! This book is crazy. I can't count how many times jaw dropped. I loved it from beginning to end. Nacobi and Cole are THE couple. I love their relationship. He's the calm to her crazy. I had a hard time understanding the reason Ashura let Vince beat her when she is a savage. Deshon has penned a very good story. I'm omw to read Crowned 2 now!

This book was so live and so unexpected. Going into the story I didn't know how it would turn out. I figure it was some insecure chick with a jerk for a husband. Boy was I blind sided. Ashura and Nacobi are thick as thieves, but they both have a story. Nacobi is a fire cracker but very protective in her own right. Ashura tries to keep her past in the past but when the one she loves stir the pot in the opposite direction, her loyalty gets twisted. When I tell this book was good, believe it. Page after page was filled with so much energy. From sexual energy to returning killer instincts. I love how the story displayed Alpha females, who at the same time knew what it took to keep their man happy. However being greedy and selfish doesn't always win, and the beast that was subdue return. This ending was so real I actually went back and read it again.

Crowned
I read this book in one sitting. The storyline had successful business women instead of depicting them as Thots. Ashura and Nacobi were hustlers and I loved their gangsta. So many twists and turns and that ending, wow! Drama at every turn. I can't wait to read part 2.

Good book!!! Ashura took a loot of crap from Vince, I'm glad she finally stood up to him. I like Anthony for her. I just love Nano, she says what she feels. Ashura is a beast, they wanted the beast now she's awaken. Whose head does Nano have her gun to??? Is Cole trying to kill Ashura too???
