I read this book in one night. I was glad to finally be able to know through certified experts what the hell should we look for when excluding unsafe products from our busy routines. More importantly knowing how to do concoct our own formulas means everything. The book guides through some science class first and although interesting it does trick you into thinking the recipes will be impossible to follow. Fear nothing and keep reading. I was amazed by the existence of true soap that grows on trees, and could not stop reading every single option lest I lose some precious bit of knowledge. Reasonable and easy concoctions I can't wait to try
