This is an extremely short work, which means it lacks a lot of detail about any of the various topics featured. Despite that, it's a very interesting read and contradicts most of what I've always thought I knew about the Amish and Mennonites. Very informative and though it left me wanting more, for a work of this type that is really the ultimate goal, to answer basic questions and leave the reader interested in learning more about the subject.
Note: My edition was copyright 1993.

A very quick read, and anecdotal at times, but I liked that about it. It focuses on Lancaster County, PA where I live and I learned a few things.
