Rate this book

Even though this book is about 20 years old---I think it has a lot of relevance for its principles are always applicable. So many people do it without thinking--because our thinking always leads us to believe that if we make more money we will do a "better" job. Which is not true in my humble opinion.

This book does provide many good examples--By naming people that was currently doing it. It is a very hard concept to not only accept it, but to practice it. We do need a lot of ducks to line up in a row in order to get good results.

It is quite interesting and very easy to confirm that Chevrolet was No 1 20 years ago....But now, Tesla is the one leading the way. We can also see that Tesla is always applying his concept too, as they are known to put a lot of pressure on their workers to outperform themselves....and nowadays, to come up with better solutions than before--or better solutions from their competition which is growing quite strong too.
Most people are always proud to say they are working for any of Elon's companies. But we also hear about the ones that were not that happy--same reasons though--a lot of pressure to become better and more efficient, always.

But--do not take my word, go ahead and get a hold of this book and read it and practice it--you will like it for sure. I sure did.

The book has many examples that show how pride drives people towards success as a natural engine.
