I suspect Merisel is a known character from the Pathfinder game setting which I don't know anything about, but this issue gave me an extremely skilled female elven thief engaging in morally dubious thievery alongside bad guys to get back to her homeworld whilst being slashed with a black sky pirate from Barsoom. That's very cool, and not what I expected from a D&D comic going in. Between this and Gail Simone's recent Swords of Sorrow, Dynamite is impressing me.

I spent a lot of time wondering where this issue was going, and I was not disappointed.

Another issue in the Pathfinder Worldscape series. This issue focuses on Meriseil the thief. Good story; I accidentally read this issue out of order. This issue gives stats for Thunda, a Tarzan-like hero created by Frank Frazetta.
