Love the photos! Wish there was one for each recipe. Nice background information stating some basic instant pot information that should be in every cookbook for the instant pot. A nice selection of recipes. Could be improved with a table of contents.

Simple, or too simple
Really needs a table of contents so you can scan recipes. Nice photos. Good explanation of Instant Pot. Gave it a three instead of a four because it really needs a table of contents with the recipes listed. IMHO.

I thought that this was a great introduction to the instant Pot for beginners.
