Zachary just moved into his own place and he's settling in for a night of relaxation when he hears a fight outside. His next door neighbor has brought home a man who won't take 'No' for an answer. He can't just sit there and do nothing, that's not the way he is, so he heads outside to try to fix the problem.

As a single parent, Debbie got worn down by the time she sent her offspring out into the world. But that doesn't mean she's willing to let a man force his way into her bed. She'll resist however she needs to, starting with vocally. It isn't that she's not interested in having a man in her bed, just that she's particular about which men get there.

When her date for the evening won't take no for an answer she gets loud enough to draw out her next door neighbor Zachary. She hasn't met him yet, but he still takes a stand for her and gets rid of the jerk. Once she realizes what he's done, she decides that she needs to reward him. And since he meets her standards, she'll reward him with everything she's got once she takes him to her bed.
