A great book that lays out in a clear and succinct way what criteria you should use to pick an idea for a startup. Once you read this short book, you will have a good understanding of what kind of startup ideas will lead you down a dead-end path, and which ones have the potential for success. If you are thinking of starting a side business or startup, I highly recommend reading this before you settle on an idea.

Great book.
Many interesting perspectives on how to enter a market late, and why it can be a HUGE advantage when in competition with the old, slow, and over-extended monoliths that seem to rule most fields.

Good insights

The book had very good points to go deep and deep into a chosen segment. A solid case study would have helped better.
