The terrors of sex slavery.
Ava Benton did a fantastic job with this book, "Levi" of the Everglade Brides series. The plot and characters were totally believable, with the heartrending associated with sex slavery. And then there's Levi, the sexiest shifter every woman desires, but only Becca can have. A great book that brings to light the illegal sex slavery and trafficking.

Nicely done
I'm really getting into this series. There is always something extra going on with this clan of shifters. Levi the panther shifter meets a damsel in distress and finds a protective side that has him baffled at his own behavior. There is action in the future for these two as they fight for the love neither of them saw coming. Can't wait to read the rest of the series!

Interesting but no real ending just a happy ever after. I have a really hard time with the leader of this clan too, seems he’d have been more angry at the other group and done something to eliminate the sex ring but nope he just took it out on Levi.

Interesting story but nothing about Collecters. Other pack had the nerve to run their "business" in their territory and didn't expect anyone to say anything about how wrong it was.

Levi’s story brings a more risqué tone with its sex-club-gone-wrong setup, but it’s surprisingly heartfelt. Becca is vulnerable yet resourceful, and Levi’s flirty, carefree attitude takes a sharp turn into protective alpha territory once things go sideways. Their escape story is fast-paced, sexy, and more emotional than it first appears. It’s a slightly darker tale, but the bond they form in the chaos is genuine and rewarding. Danger, desire, and a good redemption arc for both characters.

I don't know why I chose to read this series again. I didn't really care for it. There wasn't depth to it. Vincent comes across as a an unfeeling asshole. So does Levi, at first. There was no, this is my mate, recognition. They just fell in love. Meh!
