COMMISSIONED (Book 3 of the Paradigm Shift Trilogy) picks up where Convinced left off. After Gina Grimes places Satan under her feet, Jesus declares a war. One factor remained before He could follow through with His war. God, insisted He free Satan's harlot before proceeding with the annihilation. After Jesus releases the harlot, for one year, the Holy Spirit, also known as Whisperer, will narrate the story behind the commissioned. He will lead readers through more escapades involving the heroes and heroines of the first two books while explaining how they harvest souls for God's kingdom. After telling how Pastor Craig Reed is transformed into the vessel God uses to preach the true meaning of love, Jesus unleashes his final battle that affects the old harlot and gives her a purpose. Who is this harlot that Jesus redeems? Why did God insist she be saved from Satan before Jesus started a war? How is she transformed to create a paradigm shift for mankind to follow? Find the answer to these questions and see how her decision and actions affect all of humanity.

Commissioned is the third book of The Paradigm Shift Trilogy, and I thought it was as good if not better than the first two. I find it difficult to give a thorough explanation of what the book was about, because to me it was a book with many levels. It told the story of Gina and the others found in books one and two, wrapping up what was begun in book one. It also explained what God has in mind for us. It also had a flood. I had to smile when the explanation for the flood was that God was ridding the earth (the small part of Earth where the story took place) of pollution and evil. I had wondered that myself as our country has had a great share of flooding rains and big ol' floods this summer. This book spoke of what He doesn't like. What He likes. Simply put, He wants us to love each other. Not with reservation, but simply and completely. No judgement of others. Just love. Stop the judging as soon as you realize what you're doing. Try understanding instead because...people can be stupid. Forgive yourself. Just love. Anyway, I loved this book and highly recommend Commissioned and the trilogy.

This is the third book in the trilogy. I have not read the first two, but feel this book fills readers in on the gist of the story, which is a spiritual look at life. The author has created a journey into good versus evil and a hopeful look into what the good can achieve. The whisperer is the story teller, readers may recognize him because he is also the holy spirit, a special guide to help the world become a better place. I like that the author shows that all of us can be a vessel of God and of good. The author writes a compelling, heart touching story that is a look into those who use good to make the world a better place of peace and love. The author's look at spirituality is combines with a bit of supernatural that takes readers into a great story.

This was a fantastic book about faith and love and the journey of a person coming closer to God. The symbolism is fantastic and the author's writing and descriptions are inspiring. I would definitely recommend this book and all other books by this author to anyone! I will be keeping my eye out for more of her stories!
