This book complemented the Gone Bush experience led by the two authors...It was a real and beautiful journey in the Queensland rainforest in the mountains. Both these authors and wellbeing coaches are at the 'top of their game' so the handbook is relevant and 'tested' through their experience of weaving: physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual strands through the real life intensive together with the guide book. So well executed!
Really enjoyed listening to the audio version of this book. I got some great advice and additional tips to help me out with some of the areas I really want to put focus on.

This is a book with reasonings of why we need to be calm and some basic strategies to achieve this. Essentially: breathe and focus on mindfulness and empathy. The audiobook gives vibes of guided meditation.
Not a bad book, some good suggestions of things to implement in life, but mostly things I’ve heard before. A book that would be good to read for advice on certain sections, as opposed to a cover to cover read.
