Darling Devastation is an Infernal Regions Novella. This book tells of the events that happened before book 3 and 4 of the series. This book can be read without reading Darling Dark, but it is recommended to to read the first book to have a full understanding of what is going on.

This series has sucked me in!! I've found the flow of both books in this series to be perfect in not only detail but with authenticity of emotions: Fear, love, compassion, vengeance, frustration and desperation. It was small but it packed one heck of a punch. I would love to find out what happens next.
Some parts could of been further developed, but it is a novella :) Overall it's a five, I have already read it twice.

*****I RECEIVED AN ARC OF THIS BOOK******
After the ending of Darling Dark this book picks up with Duves back in the clutches of her twisted hubby, Reyes.
If you were having a hard time making it through the first book this one is DARKER I found myself rereading scenes like WTF!!!!! We finally get to see just what the three brothers are capable of, why there doing and WHO started it. (Its not who you think) we meet a few new characters I loved. *Cough. Conrad.* and I HATED dylan I just could not stand that freaking vampire.
I was so blindsided by all the twists and turns in this book I'm still trying to figure out wtf just happened. Forget what you thought was the resolution of Darling Dark, it wasn't. In this book we get more Jacinda and Hades (FLOVE THEM)
I loved this continuation of this fascinating story. Duves and Reyes are more at odds than ever, the sex seemed to be even hotter because of this. You know those great hate fucks? That was them.
Be warned, though it wasn't really a "cliffie" to me. This book does end on a wtf is going on note and the next book is based on Jacinda and Hades. & we meet the "babies". Thats all I'll say on that, but just think of who their relatives are. Enough said. Based off the back of this one and then we get a conclusion to our fucked up couple.
Duves keeps her backbone, in fact I think she's even stronger than in the last book. Amethyst is present and we learn a bit more about her, and then of course there's Jacinda who I'm actually dying to learn about. A mute heroine who's still kick-ass? I'm in.
