This book is primarily 2-page photograph spreads of Michael Jordan during his career, some of them pretty high quality and some a little blurry or discolored from the age of the film, with a one- to five-sentence quote in large letters in a textbox superimposed on the image. While there are some pretty good quotes here, there just isn't enough substance here for me to endorse the book (for the price). There are twelve photographs and eight quotes in the entire book. One sample quote: "I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."

The book also contains a 160 word summary of his life/career, information on how the reader can write a biography of a person's life (I would have found this section more appropriate if the book was a biography and the reader therefore had an example in front of them to work from), and five milestone facts about Jordan's career.
