Sooooo 3rd personality comes into the picture. x
I will be reading (and skimming) book 3 just like this book. Just to find out the conclusion, but since there r 6 books, I guess I have a long way to go.

I had been waiting for this book since about 6 seconds after I finished reading the first one. Reginald Bones part one started a story that sucked you in but then left you clinging to the cliff with ragged bloody fingernails. Luckily for me, and everyone else, Lucian Bane drops you off the precipice with sadistic glee but then sends down a lifeline quickly enough.
In part two, Bane really digs into the meat and bones (pun intended) of the Reggie, Winter and Bones relationship. Winter, who has decided that dying is no longer the answer, is determined to find the true heart of the man that she has come to love. She desperately wants to unlock the secrets behind the two personalities that make up Reginald Bones but finds only more questions. Reginald and Bones, the two sides to this broken, highly intriguing character, become more and more unstable as the bond between themselves and Winter develops.
Lucian has woven a eerie, amazingly intricate figure with Reginald & Bones. At times rational and protective, at times scary and threatening the personalities are distinct but delicately intertwined. The voice of each personality comes and goes with a fluidity that had to be as difficult to write as it is for Winter to keep straight. Throughout, Bane lithely leads you down the rabbit hole that is the mind of this character with all its twists and turns. And just when you are sure you know where the story is going you will turn the page only to realize that Lucian has changed the path you are on.
A bit of caution; this book is definitely not for the faint of heart as Mr. Bane has cranked up the heat to full blast with this book. Reginald Bones 2 takes its erotic play seriously, there will be blushing and sliding off seats. Though you will find that the sex is more than merely physical as it reaches into the minds of these characters and forces their personal truths closer to the surface.
There is a reason why this is one of my favorite authors. Lucian Bane's books are never formulaic or trite. There is always more simmering beneath the surface and his characters, these especially, sink their hooks in you. If you like your stories dark, touching, twisted, and engaging.....then Reginald Bones is for you.

Holy hell! Talk about cliffhanger. Mind blown!!! So here we are with book #2. Learning more about Reginald and Bones and Winter. So many questions. Does Bones own the body? Or does Reginald? What happens at night when Reginald sleeps? How does Winter factor into it all? Can she come to terms with the fact that they are both the same person? We are given some answers but are also given even more questions. Loved this book and can't wait to read the next one.

Leave it to Lucian Bane to make you fall in love with EVERY. Single. Person! My heart was racing, I had to fight tears, and there's still more to come!!! Absolutely, worth the wait for this book! Just make sure you're alone when reading...there will be a lot of screaming and you won't want to look crazy (I had people ask if I'm ok)

This will shatter your ideas of any other twisty, dark, thriller that includes a doozy of a cliffy BUT SO WORTH IT!
OMG I am just going to start with this – the cliffhanger!!! Unlike in Reginald Bones 1, where the cliffy was, in my opinion, thoughtful and not terrible… Bones 2, on the other hand – I want to throw things! Namely at Mr. Bane, or at least, sock him in the arm LOL (of course, I’m kidding as I think he’s an amazing writer, but I’m still going to stick my tongue out at you!!).
Ok, now that that’s out of my system. Firstly, I want to say – WHY is Mr. Bane NOT on one of those Big Bestseller lists because he should be!! He has masterfully interwoven dark, thriller, and humor into one story that has you feeling for all the characters. Characters that you maybe should have disdain for, you can’t help but fall in love with.
Reginald Bones, a fractured man, who has two distinct personalities, where each has some sort of relationship with Winter, one wants and loves, and the other…well, let’s just say deals with it, and gets fringe benefits, and Winter - gets confused. We go through the struggles of all three characters and your heart changes loyalty throughout; you will be rooting for each of these main characters at one point or another.
Just when you think there could be a resolution or compromise to their situation, a whole new monkey wrench gets thrown into the mix. This takes you right toward the end of book two and leaves your jaw dropping farther than a bungee jump. I was never a fan of the cliffy, but I’m an even bigger fan of Lucian Bane so I deal … and this one is a doozy!! But I KNOW it will be well worth the wait, it ALWAYS is! Do NOT hesitate; this is a series that is well worth reading! Oh yeah, I always forget about the steaming, erotic bits…but seriously, you could scratch that out if it offends, the story is that good! Don’t think! Just one-click!!

Lucian Bane continues his master storytelling in this epic, psychological and erotic thriller. Reginald Bones 2 digs deeper into the relationship between, Bones, Reggie and Winter.
In part 2 we get to see three distinct personalities, involved in a twisted love triangle, although there are only two physical bodies. The wit, banter and humor cut through the darkness and leave you plenty of moments to laugh out loud. Their sexual encounters are dirty and smoking hot and leave you breathless. There is a level of humanity that we start to see in each character. Bones, Reggie and Winter each have a story to tell. We are given glimpses into the good, the bad and the ugly but we haven't been shown entirely what lies underneath the dirt.
More twists and turns then a roller coaster ride, Lucian let's us in on the secrets we begged to know in Part 1 only to showcase the Pandora's box of more secrets yet to be told.

Why does this author leave me hanging like this?
The Masochism is real.
Another wonderful addition to this series. It answers questions while leaving you with a whole lot more. You want to be mad but you can't because you're too distracted by all the other feelings these characters evoke within you.
Like a damn train wreck, you can't pull your eyes away. This couple is going to get put through the wringer, I just know it... and I'm here for it.
That ending had me even more thirsty than when I started. Geez.
Bravo Mr. Lucian. You've sucked me into another one.

Reginald Bones 2 is the second book in his series. You need to read the first book or your going to be beyond lost.
Holy cow!!!! What did I just read? To say your heart will stop with the way this book ends is probably putting it mildly. Be prepared since this is a series and you pretty much know there's another book coming. Just be prepared. I honest to goodness nearly fell off my couch.
This book, while with with dark themes, is actually a very emotional book. Of course I think Reginald/Bones is just the bees knees. (That will be funny to you when you read the book.) I really seriously do love this character. Winter is amazing too and is torn trying to figure out who she's actually in love with and how this person came to be. She is determined to find out. Events happened and my heart broke for several different reasons. As in true Lucian Bane fashion there are kindle melting moments. I swear the man writes some of the hottest scenes I've ever read, and I read a lot. Then bam comes the mind blowing I want the third book right now cliffhanger. Hold on is all I can say because it's gong to blow your mind.
If you like edgy, dark, gritty books you must read this series. I can guarantee you've not read anything like it.

I just finished reading Bones 2 and I am left in a puddle of emotions!!
Lucian Bane has brought his A game to a whole new level with this story. Winter is torn between trying to figure the Bones/Reggie gorgeous mess as it is and Lucian has masterfully weaved in so much more that you be left dying for more. This book is so many things hot as hell, heartwarming, heartbreaking, twisty turning suspense and just overall brilliantly crafted to leave you begging for him to hurry up and let us know what happens!!
I wish I could have given it many more stars!!! THE BOOM WAS BROUGHT!!!

This is the second book and there's not much I can say. This book had a lot more kink added into the amazing plot. In this book it shows them working their was around a new and very different relationship. No only with Winter but also Reggie and Bones.
I cried In this book: there was some pretty emotional scenes and you can feel the hurt and the rage and the greed that these characters feel.
Overall, more twists and turns. I'm left with some answers. But also left with so many questions! I can't wait to dive into the next one and see what the heck is going on. My mind is working a mile a minute trying to process all of this! 5 stars #2OCCJD

I feel the angry,sadness,the pain that they are going though. Than you put a whole new twist with X. I just about died. Please don't make me wAit to long for the final book. I just might die.. thank you for being such a great writer.

A continuation that keeps the questions coming. These books have that wonderful way of grabbing the reader and wrapping them in the words. These characters are ones that will keep you wanting more. A storyline unique and fresh this mind blowing book is one not to miss.

Where the hell did you just take my mind! This was definitely worth the wait! This was the perfect continutation of Bones 1.
In this book we see Reggie, Bones, and Winter trying to work together for the sake of Reggie and his love for Winter. Reggie and Bones are more perfect in this book. The way they both take care of Winter and show the love they have for her was amazing. I'm loving the dominant Winter. Her way of torture and getting back was awesome to watch play in my brain.
Winter is a strong woman for sure. For everything she has been through, only to come out in the end stronger, makes her one amazing heroine. Her helpfulness, her eagerness to help, her sultry seductive side, and her loving side are exactly what these 2 men need.
Now why did we have to do that to Reggie! I love him! Lucian seriously you are killing me with the men in your books. I don't even care about the cliffy. It ended perfectly to get your mind to do some work.
As always Lucian, another tremendous books to add to my all time favorites list! I'm always sucked in and they each leave a piece of themselves embedded in my heart. Keep writing about these beautiful broken men!!

Lucian did it again, he set himself apart from others with his unique talent. I cant even imagine how he keeps things separated in his mind. However he does it yay, Bones 1 was amazing! With Bones 2 we again get to spend time with three very different people.
You get to get a closer look at their personalities and what makes each character who they are. As close as they were, they were so apart from the “Norm” I felt sorry for all of them, more so for Bones.
I think I hit the roller coaster of emotion and rode it til the end. You could help but really see each character as the layers were peeled back. The first book I loved the word play between Reggie and Bones, this was no different but I kinda saw both males in a different light. Oh and Bones is the new BBF of my book world. Hot, intense. Loved it!
I’m not a lover of cliffhangers unless I have the next book ready to download. I think I must have cussed Lucian out seven different ways from Sunday. So addicted and will be jonesing for the next book to come.

So...dude has a huge argument with his other self, and then knocks his own ass out. Priceless!
I'm still on the fence about Winter, though. As a normal, sane woman, I don't get some of her actions at all. I'm thinking "Yeah, he's (they're) hot, but he/they also just fell from a three-wheeled clown cart..." Run, bitch, run!
Maybe I'm the oddball out, but I enjoyed reading this book for the bat shit factor (with some sex), over the explicit sex. Too me, the crazy was kinda' sexy in itself...lol

“I’ve a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore.” Oh, how I can relate to Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz! Where to begin so I don’t spoil this FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC book? I compared Part One to a skiing experience. The twists, turns, jumps and OMG’s. Part Two is that and sooooo much more!
We pick up right where Winter, Reginald and Bones left us hanging in Part One, but then get taken on a ride that still has me reeling. I went from zero to sixty in two point two seconds in the feels department.
This book had me screaming and ready to throw my phone! No, I didn’t literally. Rest assured it is safe and sound. *wink, wink*

OMG! I love Reginald Bones! I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book,and it didn't disappoint. It's such a dark and twisted story. I loved the character development in this story. Watching the relationship between Reginald, Bones, and winter grow and change has been a rollercoaster of emotions. It's so interesting and a huge adrenaline rush. This story was sexy, brutal,and sweet at the same time. There are twists I didn't see coming ,and again you're left with a huge cliffhanger. I can't wait to see what happens. I loved it!!

And why I feel is what kind of trip I just disrupts the senses?

WOW! That was so HOT & full of twists. Love this story and really need the next book soon. Can't wait to find out what's next. Reginald & Bones are such an interesting pair or person. I felt the anger and passion the characters had for each other through the words. It was like a movie playing in my mind. Each book in this series gets better and better. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat and have you begging for more!

Okay, it took me two days to digest what I had read in order to put my thoughts in order for a review. There are two surprises, although they have been hinted at in the story. The book ends on a cliffhanger, but we know what Winter needs to do to help Bones. Bones is going through some emotional changes, and in a good way. This book had me grinning, laughing aloud, and crying at different times. Do yourself a favor and grab both books.

WOWWWW. I loved this story!
This story just gets more and more fascinating. I love the characters and find Reginald and Bones and all that makes them up to be super interesting.
This story is just so dysfunctional and I love it. The darkness is soooo sexy and the sex is so dark...and hot!!!! The author did a really good job getting into the story more and what lies beneath Reginald and Bones. And any questions that were answered were replaced with more questions making this a story you don't want to put down.
And X...oh boy did he do things to me. I can't wait to find out what happens next. This cliffy is killing me but luckily for me, I have the next part.
I highly recommend this story to anyone who loves a good suspenseful book filled with intense and interesting characters that also happens to be hot as hell.

Wow. Mother of sweet mercy thank you for giving me Lucian Bane. Nothing is more stunning than reading his exquisite writing.
Reginald Bones is a must read. Dark, sensual, passionate, erotic, suspenseful, thrilling.

Book 2 in the series, it's a deeper dive into Bones and Winter's relationship. I'm still on the fence, is it paranormal or a study of someone with mental health issues...but with Reginald taking a back seat in this book, I'm leaning toward multiple personalities.
Bones is a complex character and Winter, she's stronger than I gave her credit for in the first book. They are both evolving and it's like they are shedding different personas. Bones doesn't have Reginald and Winter stops being "Cin" but as she cracks Bones wide open, I constantly wait for the other shoe to fall. It does, with another character and a cliffhanger.
The writing. It's coarse like the characters. Not hearts and flowers. Perfect for the story. On to RB3. I need to know what's going to happen, how it will end.

Lucian Bane has done it again, I thought I had read his best work, but I was wrong.....Reginald Bones 2 is his best work to date, no doubt I will say this again after book 3 because Lucian just gets better and better honing his craft to the maximum.
This story just gets better and more intruguing, just when I think I love Reggie, Bones being Bones does or says something and I change my mind and think no I love Bones, poor Winter has a decision to make but..... as with all Lucian's work it's never as it seems.
Reggie loves Winter but as things unfold he disapears, and she is left with Bones who isn't as bad as she first thought and she realises she loves him also.
The sex scenes , well lets just say they are HOT HOT HOT.
This story is beautifully written about a split personality with both sides being strong.
At the end of the bok there is another sexy twist, we meet X, a third personality and OMG I can't wait for book 3 as this is where book 2 ends on a BIG cliffhanger.

Wow! I loved this so much I burned right through the book. Cliffhangers usually irk me but this was a good one. The way the characters changed and how their relationships grew was so fluid and addictive.
