Delightful read! Loved it!

This author continues to get better and better. Book two is more detailed and vivid than book one, but still building upon the world and characters introduced in the first novel.

I would give it 10 STARS if I could...
WOW! Another incredible book in the series from a very talented author who has now become one of my favorites! I absolutely LOVED this book just like I did the first in the series! It has everything I look for in a book: characters I can connect with, a great plot, plenty of action and a super dose of creativity. It is so engaging that you don't want to stop reading and even when you do, you find yourself thinking about it hours later. I most definitely recommend this sequel and cannot wait for the next book to be published. In fact, I will read anything this author publishes in the future!

This book is wonderful! You are instantly back in the Shamar world from book one, with lots of familiar characters, but soon meet many new ones. The book is full of surprises and every time you think you know what will happen the author catches you off guard. Very hard to put down and will leave you desperate to find out what happens next!

I am in awe that Dr. Lydia Staggs has written not one, but two phenomenal books, all while caring for the animals at Gulfworld and balancing her personal life. It's inspiring ♡ I enjoyed being immersed in this captivating story and need more! Looking forward to the third book of the series and hope it reaches the masses...it's that good!
