I wanted to like it but I didn’t. Emotional eaters know their issues... if you don’t know you are an emotional eater, than you might benefit from this. It took me a long time to read this because I was bored. There were a few things in there that I thought were good. But, I felt like she was telling me stuff I already knew and she used SO many words to do it. I had high hopes for this book but I didn’t experience that. She pushes community which is important but I think emotional people don’t have support or don’t want to try to reach out again. Her program is extremely expensive and I get that she is working with you but the average person cannot afford it and this book just doesn’t feel the least bit motivating to me.
