Sometimes we need motivation in any form. In our childhood, we never had depression, sadness, or whatever. We used to have fun, laugh, and do something new, of course, we cried but eventually, we came out of it. But once we enter adulthood we are constantly worried about something, we think about other's opinions, society, etc. But these things need to stop.
