While this book may be short, it is densely packed. Some books on critical thinking catalogue logical fallacies, and others discuss critical thinking strategies. This book takes the latter approach, and it appears that the author is primarily focused on the use of critical thinking in work environments. Regardless, I think it has value in all kinds of situations, not just work.

To help the reader test his comprehension of the material, the author has included questions and answers in every subsection. Sometimes the answers are vague and lack clarity, but on the whole, this is a good approach. The questions forced me to think about the material rather than just sponging it up in a cover-to-cover read-a-thon. This aided me both in comprehension and memory of the important topics.

An ok read

An average introduction to the topic. Very repetitive so that makes it less interesting. You get bored towards the end.
