The author takes you on the journey of Rane putting her past where it should be, in the past. She fights her feelings for Don without success. She quickly finds that they are drawn to each other. Don wants her to give into her feelings which Rane has difficulty doing. You are drawn into the story and cheer for these characters to find thier way through the hurt of the past to allow themselves to fall in love.
