Good series
Good series with just enough suspense and twists. I mean this is a hero series so you know this unlikely hero might find a way to win but the journey to get there is what makes books like these interesting. Well this series does that.
It could use a little less repeat back story at the start of each book but after that there is little repetition. Oh, I wonder what D. K. has dreamed up next.

Good series
I don't love this series like I do the other ones that DO Holmberg writes, but it is still captivating. It makes me think about how the trials we face make us stronger and teach us more than we care to admit. This series has a little language but it is not so much that it has stopped my reading..I am too invested to stop!

Simply amazing!
I have been waiting so long for this book to come out and I was not disappointed other than I have more questions than answers!
Everything we thought we knew from the previous books through Olivers eyes may not be what he or we thought.

Done
Another series finished. Well finished for now. I enjoy escaping in these worlds that Mr. Holcomb creates. His characters are developed well and the storyline is captivating.

Great end to the series.
Pulls all the threads together but still leaves some openings to spin off new adventures. Makes you want to see the next chapter.

At last a new Painter Mage book!! This is my favorite series by D. K. Holmberg and I wasn't sure we'd get another. Excellent book. Great addition to a great series!
