When Lizzy runs into her lifelong crush in Vegas, she’s just brave enough to go talk to him. But will her big brother’s best friend give the geeky girl who used to follow him everywhere the time of day?
Rich and powerful, Ian is successful in business, without a doubt. But his personal life - or lack thereof - is severely lacking. When chance brings the woman he’s loved since he was a teen to his party in Las Vegas, he finds he cannot resist temptation. But will the woman who has been forbidden to him his whole life believe that he want more from her than a one night stand?
Tiffany Allee currently lives in Phoenix, AZ, by way of Chicago and Denver, and is happily married to a secret romantic. She spends her days working in Corporate America while daydreaming about sexy heroes, ass-kicking heroines, and interesting ways to kill people (for her books, of course). Her nights are reserved for writing and bothering her husband and cats (according to them). Her passions include reading, chocolate, travel, wine, and family.
This story is short, fast paced and a nice read. I read this book within 20 minutes and was satisfied throughout. This book is the first book of Tiffany Allee’s that I have read. The writing style is easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline is a nice read. I like Lizzy and Ian. I liked that they both loved one another but had kept it a secret from years. When they were reunited after years apart, they take the one chance to be together and go with it. The chemistry and passion between Ian and Lizzy is clear to see. I liked them together and really wanted them to admit their feelings and become a couple. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and a nice read.
