I had a few months left until graduation when I met her.
She was thirty.
I was twenty-two.
The Phillies were looking to draft me.
But I had secrets.
I didn’t want to rope anyone into my mess, especially not my Law and Ethics professor.

Our new relationship changed everything.
She didn’t date students.
Once I got a taste, I wouldn’t take no for an answer.
I was the one who taught her a lesson.
In her classroom.
Bent over her office desk.
On the hood of my car.

But my secrets were the one thing that could expose our forbidden relationship to the world.

3.75 "the forbidden fruit is the sweetest" stars

Olivia/Liv Ford aka Teach
a hard working woman, a lawyer haunted by her last case where her moral compass was directed in the wrong way when she defended an offender of vile crimes and as a result he walked free, she is working off her bills and debts by dancing in the Club Rave.

Mark Montgomery , a hotshot of a baseball player, a college senior and a law student.

One night of party at the Club Rave, his eyes lock with hers. the pull is strong and it ends with a bang! What meant to be a one night stand, happens once more until one day, she enters a classroom and meets his eyes.
I'm Olivia Ford, and I will be your professor this semester.

For Mark, that little fact doesn't change a thing...

While some professors get away with dating their students, it is ethically wrong, immoral, and frowned upon by institutions for a reason.

Mark pushes and Liv can't resist the temptation, his forwardness and attraction, risking it all, of being caught, of repercussion...
She pretends as though I do not exist, but that only makes me want her more.

We both Know this is wrong. But, right now, the wrong thing feels so damn right.

their forbidden relationship continues with more risks at every turn, with every single moment they know about each other, their pasts, present lives and situation they are coping with, further more makes them sucumb to each other with the rising feelings that are yet to be acknowledged but not until one event threatens Mark's life...
"I'm here, Mark. I love you, and I am not going anywhere."

and yet the final judgement of the environment, after their secret is revealed, stirs the unwanted circumstances, but the choice Olivia made along the way were the right kind of wrong.
Choosing you was the best decision I ever made.

This was my first encounter with the work of Jillian Quinn and it was deliciously steamy, forbidden yet light and romantic story with sexy young stud/alpha who knew what he wanted and went for it and lovingly sensual woman that caught his heart in a perfect HEA.

“I already showed you just how good bad can feel, baby.”

First of all, look at this cover! Just think of how good that cover will look front row center on your bookshelf ;). Teach is the first book in a new series from Jillian Quinn, City Of Sinners and your damn right you will be a Sinner by the end of it!

I’ve read my share of taboo books and I have to say I find them really interesting so when I heard Jillian was coming out with a series of taboo books, I was stoked! Mark and Olivia’s story was the perfect way to start it out, I LOVED them!

“She pretends as though I do not exist, but that only makes me want her more.

We both Know this is wrong. But, right now, the wrong thing feels so damn right.”

Mark Montgomery is a college senior, waiting for his chance to make it as a pro baseball player. He’s cocky, funny and known as a total ladies man so it’s no surprise when he takes a beautiful dancer home from a club one night. Olivia Ford is sweet, smart and can’t resist Mark for one second even when she finds out that she is his Law and Ethics Professor. She knows she should call it quits but Marks biggest fantasy is coming to life, so why not see where it goes?

Sizzle….Crackle….POP! The sexual tension in this book is CRAZY. Mark and Olivia make your cheeks redden and your breathing pick up a bit. They ooze sex and chemistry and it is awesome. You will be begging Mark to call you good girl, and that dirty talk! Just wow :).

“What’s your name?” I mouth. She leans into my ear. Her breath sends a chill through me.

“Teach. What’s yours?”

“Mark, but you can call me God.”

I loved these two characters, if you’ve read Corrupt Me then you’ve already learned a bit about Mark. He loves to live on the edge, he’s super fun and cocky as hell. He doesn’t care what anyone thinks but deep down he’s the sensitive type we all love. Olivia is the complete opposite, she’s more safe and grounded and she is super sweet. Mark is so sure of himself and knows exactly what he wants, where Olivia is really just trying to find her place in this world. The saying “opposites attract” is so true with these two!

As much as I loved the sexiness and guilty pleasure of Teach, there’s also a lot of depth to the story. The family history and the deeper meanings just make it that much better. There’s so much feeling and I was just soaking up all of it!

Jillian has phenomenal writing skills and one of my favorite things that she does is bring in her other characters. It was so fun to see Luca, Izzie and even Parker and Coach in Teach! I think I squealed with excitment every time one of them would show up. It means a lot to us readers when you drag our favorite characters along with you as much as you can.

“I swoon so fucking hard my heart feels as though it could leap from my chest. He somehow manages to be cute and bad all at the same time and I cannot get enough of it.”

Teach was so good and one of my favorite reads of the year. Grab a glass of wine, light some candles, curl up and get to reading because I promise you will devour it in one night just like I did! Short, sexy and SUPER fun. Mark Montgomery will take take you on a thrill ride ladies, so buckle up! :)

**Thanks so much to Jillian for providing me with an ARC copy in exchange for an honest reiview.**

If you’ve been following me for more than the past couple of months then you’ve probably seen me raving about a Jillian Quinn book before. While I was excited when Jill told she was releasing her third book, I was also a bit hesitant when she told me it was about a taboo romance between a professor and her student, but I’m confident enough in her writing ability by now that I wanted to read it anyway, and I really glad I did! For someone who’s prudish when it comes to books, I really enjoyed this one.

Mark is a cocky baseball player with a wicked sense of humor, he’s a perpetual ladies man and has never had a serious relationship. Olivia is about to start her first semester teaching law at Mark’s college, and though she knows she shouldn’t act on her feelings, she can’t help herself. This was one racy, sexy, spicy read that I devoured in a few hours!

I feel like Jill has really found her groove as a writer, she has a signature style nailed down and I’m pretty confident that I could spot one of her books without seeing her name on the cover. This is told from both Mark and Olivia’s point of view and I always love seeing both sides of the same story. Mark first appeared in Corrupt Me so it was cool to get a deeper look at who he is. Several characters from her other books also make a cameo, including Luca, Izzie, Parker, Coach, Hunter and Silvia. That’s always fun, especially when it actually adds something to the plot (it totally did here) instead of just throwing them in for the hell of it.

For a book packed full of steamy sex scenes it still managed to have quite a lot of depth to it, which always makes me happy. It’s a totally guilty pleasure read, it kind of reminded me of a Nigel May book, just a little bit shorter. This is the start of a new series called the City of Sinners and is based in Philly again. I can’t wait to see what Jill comes up with next and am so happy that she writes so fast, she’s impressive!

Mark Montgomery is a cocky college senior who is sexy & full of himself. He is the star pitcher for the university & he & his friends are the big men on campus. Mark had to grow up fast to provide for his addict mother & younger sister because his father was always in & out of jail. He will do whatever he has to to make sure his sister is taken care of even if the means are questionable. He is counting on playing in the majors when college is over & is all but ready for the draft hoping to be picked by his hometown Philadelphia Phillies. Out one night with his friends at a local club he is taken with a spunky dancer dressed in a naughty teach outfit. Olivia Ford is dancing to get out of debt after leaving her public defender job due to a bad trail experience. She is not happy to be dancing but is glad she has found a place where she can keep her clothes on & the customers aren't allowed to touch. But when Olivia falls from the bar & Mark catches her everything changes. Their one-night hook up is so much more than either of them expected. But when Olivia turns out to be one of Mark's college professors things become more than complicated.

The first book in the City of Sinners series delivers a lot of steamy hot action & a fun story about an older woman falling for a younger man. The drama & tension between Mark & Olivia is entertaining while Olivia questions the ethics of what they are doing. But it is how they are together that makes this love story work. This book is meant for mature readers!!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an eARC of this book.

Once again I was blown away by one of Jillian's books. I am beginning to think she can do no wrong. We first met Mark in Corrupt Me and I didn't really care for his character at the time but after reading Teach I think I'm in love!! LOL! Mark is your typical playboy but the more you get to know about him and his life the more you will fall for him(at least that's what happened to me)

I loved Mark and Olivia together. I also really loved how several characters from Corrupt Me and Parker make an appearance in Teach. This was one steamy read and I finished it in one sitting. I cant wait to see what Jillian comes out with next.

Another amazing book by Jillian that I couldn't put down. I absolutely love Mark & Olivia. Mark always had a fantasy of having sex with a teacher and little did he know that's what he did. Olivia tries to resist Mark, but what Mark wants Mark gets. Really great book with great characters that once you start reading you will not want to stop.

This was a really interesting book. I liked how the story began with Mark and Olivia meeting by her falling off the bar into his arms. And being a gentleman and helping her out with a customer who had a little too much to drink. What starts as a one night stand turns into a beautiful relationship. Trying to keep it secret , so she doesn't lose her job as the "Teach", with Mark being her student, until there's an accident and everyone finds out they are together. This story has everything you want, a couple who are in love, there's a sense of humor, hot steaming sex, and an HEA. The author doesn't disappoint. I loved it

Teach is HOT!!!! We first met Mark in Corrupt Me. Get ready to go on a wild ride with Mark's story. Olivia is hot and the chemistry between her and Mark will make your panties wet. You don't have to read Corrupt Me first but you'll want to after you read Teach. I loved Mark and Olivia's story.

This is a home run for me. loved Mark, he's cute but bad!!! Olivia has the right amount of sass to get him and keep him. In typical Jillian style it's not all smooth going and they have some issues that they need to deal with, but it's sexy as hell!!!

Olivia and Mark meet at Club Rave where she dances for extra money under the name of Teach. They have a very hot one night stand expecting to never see each other again.

Monday morning Olivia starts her job as a college professor. Surprise...Mark is one of her students and he definitely is not going to let her forget about their night together. He wants more of his Teach and he doesn't plan to take "no" for an answer.

But what happens when it turns serious and everyone finds out about their relationship? Will they lose everything or will all their dreams come true?

Read the book to find out the answer. This book is HOT!!! I volunteered to review for an ARC of this book.

Solid book. Light on baseball.

Written in dual first person POV. Good amount of sexy scenes. No real humor but I wasn’t expecting any. All of the characters are likable. This is a student teacher romance featuring a 30 year old female professor and her 22 year old college student. This book doesn’t have as much baseball talk as her other series has hockey talk but I think that’s a good thing because she appears to know more about hockey than baseball. One scene at the beginning bothered me (drunk driving) but otherwise it was a fun read - no tissues needed.

Awesome read

This book took student /teacher romance to a whole new level. I like the fact that the female character was older in this book, instead of the male character. Mark is so not what I pictured him , dumb jock , cocky . He was very cocky ,but was very smart as well as a sex god in bed.Olivia was dealt a case of bad luck as a public defender, but I think she is very good at teaching. I can't wait to hear more about mark and Olivia in future books.

I obtained this free e-book from Amazon and I am voluntarily writing a review. Olivia is a disillusioned lawyer that is working part time in a bar as a dancer and teaching full time as an assistant professor teaching Law and Ethics. Imagine her surprise when the hot guy that broke her fall at the bar and she ended up hooking up with walks into her class the first day of the semester. This has a very weak story line that fills the pages with risky sex to fill the pages.

Mark and Olivia

This was a good read, the story was captivating and had many facets. I like how the author ties in other charters from her other books. Her charters have may different aspects to them, the main charter is a frat boy, a top jock, honors student and running a not so legal side business to support his mother and sister. The leading lady a lawyer, turned professor who dances on the side. You will like the story.

Thrown by love!

I love the words that come from Jillian and end up as an amazing story. Meeting in a bar, Mark and Olivia start a relationship that seems doomed when Olivia appears as his professor! Throw in street racing and an age difference and you get passion, excitement and a story you delve into with gusto! Another fantastic book!

Unexpected

I actually enjoyed reading this book. I’ve always read a student teacher but never a female as the teacher. I love the chemistry they have but for some reason they were taking so much risk and not really trying to hide their involvement lol.
