Just info

Clearly you could have found the same information on the internet. Wasn't very impressed with the contents of this book.

Poorly Written and Lacking Real Information

This has to be one of the worst books I've ever read. It reads like it was written by a middle school student for his English class. Very silted and dull as dishwater.
I would bet this "author" hasn't used any of the herbs like he claims he does, because if he did he would have had better information on how they worked. Instead, what he writes sounds like a description pulled straight off Google.
The worst offense this author committed is not providing any warnings about the herbs he's telling you to use. This shows his total lack of any real knowledge on the subject. There's not even the standard warning to not use them if you're pregnant or breastfeeding! Not that there's any real clear or understandable information on how to use the herbs. Just some vague words on that subject. Again, shows complete lack of real hands on knowledge.
My go to book on herbs has been "The Herb Book" by John Lust, I've used it for over 24 years, first in paperback and now digital.
I'm really going to have to write my own book..... I keep looking for new information and am disappointed every time.
