Fantastic book!
I recommend this book to all real estate agents, whether they just starting out or have been in the business for years. I feel like the author simplified the process and made it feel doable. I wrote pages of notes and now feel motivated to get out there and create success for myself and those I will help!

Meat and Potatoes!
I loved Ricky’s no no nonsense approach to relationship building. That’s what real estate is. Anyone that has an unbalanced approach to their daily habits should read this. Obviously I gave it 5 stars because Ricky is a great example of what it takes to succeed in this business.

Great Book!
This book appealed to me in ways I had not seen in other books on RE. He has an actual laid plan for his readers to succeed. Ricky Carruth is unselfish with his knowledge. I highly recommend this book.

I enjoy Rick's attitude and the way he goes about helping people. He is fun and to the point. This book is short and to the point. Easy to read and very informative. Like his podcast I highly recommend his books.

A lot of what everyone else says
Nothing was new info to me but there were some great reminders. It was an easy, quick read. I liked the chapter on taking care of yourself too.

Informative and realistic!
I like the no bs and guidelines given to help. Sometimes we all need that little extra push(shove) over the cliff to really light a fire.
