KARSYN STYLES… aka Syn is tired of waiting on the man she knows is her mate to claim her. She’s going to take matters into her own hands, even if that means teaching the stubborn wolf she’s more than just the alpha’s baby sister.
BODHI… has fought the feelings he has for the little wolf who’s supposed to be like a sister to him. Only the feelings she’s stirred in his body and heart are far from brotherly. He’s done everything in his power to keep her at a distance, even going against everything he and his wolf want, but nothing can tame either man or beast except the one female meant to be theirs.
Just when he is ready to claim his mate, Bodhi’s world is rocked as his past comes back with a vengeance. He wasn’t born a wolf, but turned when his family was slaughtered. He’d thought he was all alone in the human world, grateful for his wolven family, until one fateful encounter.
Syn sees the man she loves pulling away. Her heart can’t take another rejection, or seeing him turn to another female for the comfort only she should be giving him. She’ll do anything to show him they’re meant to be together.
Neither realize the danger lurking in the shadows as Bodhi’s past is more sinister than either realize. Can the Iron Wolves survive what’s coming next, or will what destroyed Bodhi’s past come back to do the same to their future?

Bodhi and Syn have kept us waiting long enough. It’s about time that Bodhi stepped up to the plate and took that home-run swing. We were just as tired of waiting for this mating as Syn was. Hallelujah!
So, it finally happens. But what leads up to and surrounds this mating is what made this story so special. I am going to hand it to Elle Boon on this one … she hit it out of the park. The story and storyline were so very interesting and intriguing. You really didn’t know which way anything was going to go. You knew our Shifters would come out on top but didn’t know to what expense it would happen. Her use of Fey along with some surprises along the way, just made the story more interesting. I loved that we were not only told the story of Syn and Bodhi, learned about his past but, Elle brought a whole slew of other characters’ front and center with them. And, thank god for the Goddess and all her wisdom. Jennaveve better prepare herself for what is waiting for her on earth. New characters … new stories to look forward to.
Elle Boon is doing a wonderful job of tying all the Iron Wolves stories together. Bodhi’s Synful Mate was a little bit different and I loved it. I feel like Ms. Boons writing is evolving from good, to wonderful, to great. I was able to feel the difference in this story. Can’t put my finger on it, but, there was something really special about Bodhi, about the way it was written. The story flowed and I didn’t feel like I was cut off in any way from anything that was happening in either realm. I love the little euphemisms that she uses … from Bless Her Heart to Git R Done, she had me smiling and really enjoying the story. Now with the tease of what is to come, I only hope that she keeps up the great work, keeps us interested, keeps us wanting for more. Oh, who am I kidding … It’s Elle Boon … we know that she will give us great work, she will keep us interested and she will have us coming back for more of her sinful, sexy, alpha wolves.
I don't know what the hell was this book. Was it copy-paste from other books in this series?? Are apsolutely all women misrepresented? I get that some women are submissives, some are in the middle and some are dominant. I thought that Syn would be more of an equal to Bhodi. I just got same characters all over again. Nothing new, AT ALL. Bhodi is an asshole. Two women at a time so he could have sex with someone other than his mate??? Puhleeezzzzz dude!! You could have kept it in your pants if you knew who your mate was. There a mindblowing suggestion. And even his whoring ways aren't what really pissed me off, Syn was a freakin virgin!! I was just beyond pissed! Why the fuck does she have to be a virgin and he get to be a reedemable manwhore?? Didn't we already have this storyline in the previous books?? Anyway, I expected drama and alpha male shit, but to get a complete doormat in Syn wasn't something I expected, at all!
I loved Bodhi and Syn's journey to love and boy was it a LONG time coming...or at least that was it felt like for me :). As usual Boon wove a story that was intensely sexy and packed with action. The Iron Wolves series is one of my favorite PNR series because the lives of the characters are connected as are their stories. So, although I would not classify the story as a true stand alone, because you have to know who the secondary characters are or you might be confused, it is in that Bodhi and Syn get their HEA in this book. I love the "secret" reveal and how that revelation connects to Jenna and the Cordell twin. Now THAT is a story I cannot wait to read...I'm sure I'll say that about the next book, too ;).
This was an awesome book! Loved everything about it! The characters are great and they always crack me up with their wisecracks. I would so want to be part of this group! Bodhi is hot as hell and Syn is sassy and fun. Met some great new characters in this book too! The story was full of action and lots of hot steaminess! This series just gets better and better! Can't wait for more!
Romance genre: shifter Series: Iron Wolves MC Length: 221 pages
Plot: Syn has known that Bodhi was her mate for a long time, but she's starting to doubt that it will ever matter. Bodhi does nothing but ignore her while taking multiple women to his bed. She's decided to leave, but at the last minute she sees Bodhi driving out of town and she follows him. She follows him all the way to a dangerous situation and will have to rely on her brother the alpha as well as Bodhi to save her.
Commentary: I kept waiting for Bodhi to understand what he had done, and I don't think he ever did. Everyone was mad at Syn for going into a dangerous situation, and honestly, it was one of those tstl moments. However, for a long time, Bodhi's been on the phone with someone and the whole pack can see that someone is going on, and he won't share with anyone. He acts the part of the stereotypical cheating partner, ya know? Obviously, Syn has no real claim on him at this time, but he makes it really easy to believe that he'll never be at a point where they could even try. That's not even mentioning the multiple women and his ridiculous excuse for them. When Bodhi and Syn finally meet up in the midst of his adventures in rescuing his sister, he doesn't try to explain anything. His response to Syn? "'You don't know what's going on. Come home and I'll explain. Quit acting like a spoiled little bitch,' Bodhi growled."
For me, it's the secrecy and the rationalization. He's really into making it seem like it's the situation with his sister that made him act like an ass, but he was acting like that long before he even knew about his sister. And the truth is that the excuse about Syn being too young was just that, an excuse, because it's been at least 6 years since she turned 18, and he's still carrying on the same way, ignoring her and whoring his way through the female population. He hurt her, for no good reason. Over and over. And everyone around them just let it happen. After reading several books in this series, I gotta say, it must suck to be a female in that world.
Yay we got Bodhi and Syn's story after lots of teaser on this couple in the previous books , I was really looking forward to this one and it definitely didn't disappoint. Bodhi *sigh* is delicious, a bit of a player (as all the Iron Wolves seem to be) but once he commits to Syn its perfection! It was so fantastic to get some back history on Bodhi's past and it certainly kept me turning pages. Loved Syn, she was my kind of girl, loved her take no shit kind of attitude. The Iron Wolves world is continuing to expand and grow (with some new and interesting beings, love Lulabell!!!!) but I really love seeing some of the previous characters make reappearances, the banter that goes back and forth with these characters is fantastic, love their sense of humour and their commitment to all they consider family. I feel the resolution of Layla's husband/family drama was a bit rushed over, I think I was just expecting it to be a bit more in-depth, minor issue overall though. Elle Boon has so many more interesting characters that I hope she continues this series for many more books, I'll definitely be One-clicking them!!!
Bodhi’s Synful Mate Iron Wolves MC Book 6 By Elle Boon
An incredibly fast paced Shifter story. The Iron Wolves MC are entangled in a redemption of the past in this exciting episode of Elle Boon's Iron Wolves. With everything under the sun, from Wolf Shifters, Wolpires, Goddess Blessed Fae, to pregnant mates! This book has a rip roaring plot that will have you glued to your book/reader in excitement!!! I love how her characters evolve in this Authors book, as they grow with each installment. I recommend this story to any and all Shifter Lovers and those that love a touch of Fantasy. Well Done!
Great book. Interesting, sexy, and fun. The H&h are likeable and fun. I liked all the term oil in the begging and how they kept having misunderstandings and got together eventually. It also didn't take long, like 1/3 or less of the book and they were together. The sex was detailed and hot but basic. at the end they do have a. 3/5. They get there hea and lyric from book 1 has a baby and lake from book 2 is prego. Leads up to the Fea Jenna's book. I hope that's about to happen, can't wait for it. Overall, another great book in the series.
This book is my favorite kind of book. The author really did an amazing job of having these two characters finally connect and get their HEA. Their story is not a simple one though, and they have to survive a family of evil before they can get where they need to be. The author kept the emotions, danger, and action fast paced and high intensity until the very end. The characters are well developed and I love that we got to see all of our favorites again. I really enjoy each addition to this series and I can’t wait to read what happens next.
Oh why didn't Bodhi just tell Syn and Kellen what was going on???!! Because that wouldn't have made the story so awesome. Elle Boon did really well with getting across not only the complexity of the situation Bodhi found himself dealing with, but also the stress and upset it was causing Syn.
Syn does EXACTLY what most girls do. She goes over all the details and jumps to conclusions.
Another great book, easy to read and follow. Filled with just the right amount of heat, tension and wonder to make you want more.
This story takes us back to the main storyline, the club and its members. The storyline was interesting and took us through two of the main characters' stories. The characters are well developed and carasmatic, and along with a good story, they kept me reading. I'm glad we are back to the longer reads as they are more descriptive and involved.
Syn is through waiting for her mate. She is determined to move on even if her wolf doesn’t like it. But when spying on Bohdi lands her in a predicament, will she survive to make her new life? Bohdi’s Synful Mate by Elle Boon is sixth in the Iron Wolves MC series. It does not need to be read in chronological order in order to understand what is happening. However, prior knowledge of this series will enhance your enjoyment. I enjoyed Syn and Bohdi. Their mating happened quickly, once Bohdi moved passed his secrets, but Ms. Boon kept so much action in this story that Bohdi and Syn had to fight for time. I loved how much care they took with each other. Bohdi may have been pack most of his life but he was still struggling to understand just what that meant. Especially since his past has reared its head with a vengeance. I enjoyed seeing the pack come together even as Bohdi kept his secrets. This story by Ms. Boon was jam packed. It was well written and full of laughter and love. Syn and Bohdi had to learn to trust in each other. Past hurts popped up at unexpected moments, but together they were able to deal. I enjoyed this addition to Ms. Boon’s Iron Wolves and can’t wait to see where she will take us next.
Even though this book is about Bodhi & Karsyn FINALLY getting mated to each other there was also a secondary story in here about how Bodhi's mother & father were killed & what had happened to his sister.
Karsyn or Syn to all of the Iron Wolves has known since she was 15 that Bodhi was her mate & had finally had enough heart ache over seeing him have sex with everyone else but her. Syn had decided to leave the pack for awhile not to just get away from Bodhi but all the newly mated as seeing how happy they were was also making her sad.
Bodhi while delivering a custom vehicle to someone out in California met his sister & his niece for the 1st time in a long while. & when he saw that his sister was being abused by her husband he decided to help them get away from him. Bodhi started remembering things from his past & realized that his sister Layla's husband was at one time his friend Berto. Berto & his family are truly evil people & lets just say that they get their just desserts at the end of this book.
There are lots of sex scenes, fighting scenes & 2 surprising pregnancies & 1 of those happens really fast as time flies in the Fey realm.
WOW! This was an intriguing story. We get to learn more about Bodhi and his rough childhood. Then there's Syn - she knew Bodhi was her mate before she even knew about love and such. OMG - I do so love Jennaveve - she is a hoot! Bodhi's past comes to him when he delivered a vehicle to his sister's husband. Then all hell breaks loose. Finding out two ladies are pregnant is amazing. Lyric and Rowan were the first to find out. I love that while the ladies were in the Fey realm, everything progressed at an extremely fast pace. Seemed like Lyric was only pregnant for a couple of months but yet while in Fey land, she progressed to nine months. Then there is Kellen and Laikyn - they got pregnant while in Fey land and by the time they made it back to earth, she was most likely six months pregnant - amazing!
I love the story of Bodhi and Syn as well. When Bodhi finally gets his act together, he almost loses Syn twice. Once the threat for these two was taken care of, they pledge their love for each other. I am happy these two finally found their happily ever after. Great job Elle! I would recommend this book.
This is Bohdi and Syn's story and oh wolf, what a story. Syn and Bohdi have known they were mates since Syn was fifteen. One major problem, Bohdi is nine years older than Syn and had to wait. Syn is tired of waiting for her mate to man up and finally claim her. Bohdi wants to claim his mate but his past has caught up with him and there are more complications than he ever imagined. When Syn sees that Bohdi rescued a woman and a kid she assumes jumps to the wrong conclusion and runs off and right into the clutches of ruthless man. This is going to take all of Iron Wolves as well as their friends to take these sick pricks down.
First, don’t start reading this series with this book. You need to buy and read the others to get introduced to all of the characters from the other stories. Two, once you have bought and read the other books, sit back and enjoy this one. Elle Boon takes you for quite a ride with her stories which are filled with laughter, tears excitement, one liners, and major sexy scenes. The only problem, she leaves you wanting more but you have to wait for the next story. Enjoy the read.
Oh my lord this book is so wonderful.. Ms Boon has done an amazing job of getting your attention from the first sentence and keeping you on the edge of your seat throughout the whole story..This whole Iron Wolves series is simply amazing. This book is Syn and Bodhi's story and all the trial and turbulence that their relationship goes through. Syn is tired of seeing her mate with other woman every night and needs to get away only to find herself in the hand of a ruthless killer.. Bodhi has known that Syn is his mate since she was just a teenager but doesn't think he deserves her.. Now as Bodhi finally rescues his sister and niece from her ruthless killer of a husband, it's Syn who lands in trouble big time.. It will take the Iron Wolves, a crazy Fey and friends to get Syn out of the clutches of the madman.. I love this story so much we get to visit with all of our favorites from previous Iron Wolves books...And fall in love with them all over again.. I highly recommend this book and this whole series to everyone...
This is the sixth book in this series and they should be read in order. I have been waiting for this book and it was fantastic. Karsyn (Syn) Styles, sister of the alpha is tired of waiting for Bodhi to get his sh!t together and claim her. Bodhi wasn’t born a shifter he was turned. Bodhi has been fighting his feeling for Syn for a long time and now he is ready to claim her but his past has come back. It’s killing Syn seeing Bodhi pull away. She is going to do whatever it takes to prove to him that she can be what he needs. Then she realizes there is another female and that changes everything. Only the female may not be what she thinks she is. There is a danger lurking neither of them realized was there. They are going to need help to stop this threat and protect those they care about. We have been reading about Bodhi and Syn circling each other since basically the first book. This book didn’t disappoint. This book has action, angst, and so much more. I can’t say enough about this series and about Elle Boon. Now I need Jenna and the wolpires book.
What a fun and wild ride. I have been waiting for Bodhi’s and Syn’s story for a long time. It felt very satisfying to have these two crazy kids finally get together.
Bodhi oh Bodhi, what are we going to do with you? You are a wonderful man who doesn’t always see it. Bodhi seems at times to want his past mistakes to affect his future. Luckily for him and us, Syn isn’t a shy girl who is just going to stand by and watch.
As you read this story, you see that Bodhi’s going to have his hands full. A few of the situations that Syn gets into wouldn’t have happened if she had just listened or stayed put. Jealously make some people crazy though.
I really felt bad for the couple though, once they finally got together, it seemed like everyone was conspiring against them. They barely had any time together.
Another couple I continue to enjoy is Kellen and Jenna. These two crack me up every time! I love the one liners they throw back and forth to each other.
I was expecting something different, this is so sweet it made me nauseous. To be fair I only read the first book and I enjoyed Lyric's story so expected to maintain the same level of interest. I thought Syn's story would be hotter maybe a little darker, but it wasn't. All the men do is talk about the punishments they're going to dish out(they never do) and the submission they need (by submission they mean put your hands above your head and leave them there, that's it). The sex is very repetitive almost each male says and does the same thing and then there's the mating stupid Syn displayed. He didn't claim her for years slept with everything walking and is never held accountable and when she attempts to check him Bodhi turns it around and she's apologizing to him. WTF? So every encounter after is them professing this great love. Also, maybe it's me but I'm still waiting for the motorcycle club feel, it has the pack feel but it's a very soft and fuzzy kind of MC club I guess.
This is book 6 in the series of the Iron Wolves, you don't have to read any of the others since it can be a stand alone book. Bodhi has waited for his mate and felt he wasn't good enough for her. Syn, who is tired of waiting for Bodhi to claim her. This is their story. I loved this book as I do all Elle Boon books, the stories hook you in the beginning and you can't wait to find out what happens next. You will want to find out about the other men and their mates. I enjoy the fact that she brings in the other Iron Wolves into each book, and the way they interact with each other is so funny. Elle writes great steamy sex scenes. I can't wait to read the next book in the series so start writing Elle. I have read some of her other books and have not been disappointed in any of them. You won't be either.
I have been a fan of the Iron Wolves MC from the beginning and book 6 did not disappoint. Syn is my girl crush and Bodhi is my hero. Orphaned as a boy, Bodhi was raised with the Iron Wolves alpha Kellan and his sister Karsyn. This is Syn and Bodhi's happily ever after, but the underlying story of the sister Bodhi never knew, kept me on the edge of my seat. I love Syn's strength, humor, and loyalty. I don't want to spoil the story so I'll leave it at that. If you like lot's of action, likeable characters, and smoking hot passion, I highly recommend this book. For the most enjoyment, I'd also recommend reading this series from the beginning.
I am utterly in love with Elle Boons shifters!! Nope, I'm in love with all of her characters! Bodhi has known Syn was his mate since she was 15, but she was too young and his alphas little sister. Karsyn or Syn as she has always been called has tried in vain to get Bodhis attention since she realized at 15, that he was her mate. Bodhi has a past, that recently resurfaced, and he must deal with it, before he can focus on Syn. She doesn't understand why he is pushing her away again, but she is finished. Once and for all, she is gonna get some answers! I love the way Elle weaves past characters in each of her stories. I enjoy hearing how others are doing and listening to their banter. I will always recommend these books and any book Elle writes. Go forth and enjoy!!
Bodhi, at a young age, seen his parents killed and was bitten by a wolf all in the same night. Kellen and his alpha father saved Bodhi and raised him as part of the pack. Syn, Kellen's baby sister, knew Bodhi was her mate but at the young age of 15 she couldn't act on her feelings. Besides Bodhi is 9 years older and thinks of her as a baby sister..... Or does he? When Syn's life is in danger the Iron Wolves go crazy, she is the Alpha's baby sister and no one messes with the Alpha's family or and pack member and lives to tell about it. Elle has a wonderful series going here and I can't wait to read about Jenna and her mates. I was laughing to tears thanks to Jenna......I love that Queen of Day.
Another fab read from fab author Miss Boon is amazing her books never fail to make me feel so much.
Bodhi and Syn are amazing together their chemistry is simply electric and I adore how other characters from her other books pop in and out and work together as a whole.
My favourite bit of the book which made my heart melt and I'm sure it did to others.
" when you were five, and I was fourteen, you came up to me and smiled. You probably don't remember, but you said and I quote. .... one day, Bodhi not really my brother, I'm going to marry you. And I laughed and ruffled your dark hair, but I swear my heart turned over, and I felt like I had finally come home."
This is Bodhi and Syn's story and let me just say it was so worth waiting to read this one !!! I have felt for Syn since she has known forever that Bodhi was her mate but he did all he could to stay away from her . Syn is fed up with him always being on his phone and decides it is time to hit the road . Bodhi is dealing with so much that he is keeping to himself that he does not realize that the one woman meant for him is ready to never be with him . After following Bodhi to see where exactly he is heading she get caught and look out because from here this one just flies ! This is well written and recommended to all !!
Oh Ms. Boon does not disappoint with Bohi and Syn's story. This is a hot and sexy book and you get to read about all your favorite characters from the series. You also get more background on our little Fey Queen Jenna.
Yes you will want to kick Bodhi's butt in the beginning but keep reading he will redeem himself. Karsyn is sassy as ever in this book.
Once I started reading this I couldn't put it down until I was finished with it!! You MUST read this book however it's not a standalone. You really need to read the first 5 books in the series.
I love love LOVE! This series. Can't get enough of it. Im so glad Bodhi finally pulled his head put of his A** and finally claimed his mate. Didnt like the fact that he knew what she was to him, but yet still slept with 2 or 3 women to get over his need for her. But can see why he did it and i forgive him lol. Love the banter that goes on with the guys when they go on rescue missions and especially love Jenna and her funny as sense of humor can't wait for her book and hopefully its next and she can finally FINALLY be claim by her mates!!.
So when you read any of Elle Boons books you develop favorite characters. My all time favorite being Jenna, I can understand the weight on her shoulders that she feels is hers alone to bare and fix. Many characters have similar burdens that they feel are there alone to deal with. It’s the mating of two people that share each other’s burdens and lift each other up. That brings me back to these books. While I enjoyed this book Roberto’s death was to quick( spoiler), he should have suffered and maybe he will in hell. Can’t wait to read more.
