No one can do "big things" alone, you need an amazing team where everyone is 100% committed.
Do Big Things shows us how amazing teams are formed with the minds of individuals, from inside to the outside. It put people right in the center - it all boils down to communications, aligning motivations, developing shared visions, being focused, asking the right questions etc.
While none of this is very surprising, the well-structured 7-step framework and clear recommendations on the action points could be particularly useful for HR or managers.
You may want to read it
▫️If you work in any type of team environment
▫️If you aspire to be a great team leader
▫️If you are looking to improve your team dynamics
But, you might skip it if you are an individual with limited influence for whatever reason. The framework needs buy-in from the top, it seems impossible to achieve bottom up. If you are already in a dysfunctional team, you might get even more frustrated because you now know how a great team could look like....
Not super inspired.
