Didn't like it. We didn't get actual sex till the final chapter and I was tired of reading about heroine touching herself and hero's sex toys. It reminded me of Fifty Shades only worse.

This is the first book that I have read of CA Quigg, but that could be that she is just starting out as an author. I believe that as she grows as an author her books will only get better.
Deceived was a very well written book, it had some steamy reads but there were times it dragged.
A little about the book, Emma Brown lost her mother at a very young age and then after her grandmother passed away she found a marriage certificate where her mother married the Prince of Rhias, Prince Kristian “Kit” Tandorf. She never heard of this marriage or about the Prince so she thought she would contact him and want to see if maybe he would tell her something about her mother that she didn’t know. Other than that, she didn’t want anything from the Prince.
Prince Tandorf has a lot going on in his life, his father the king is in poor health and he is demanding the Prince marry a woman of royalty. Then he has this twenty-one-year-old wanting to see him to possible blackmail him for something he did sixteen years ago, when he was just eighteen and sowing his “wild oats”. Little did he know what she was really wanted from him, so he decided to play as chauffeur “Kit” to get a little info about her without her knowing who he really was, the Prince.
What happen was Kit didn’t count of falling for her young woman or the Emma falling for the chauffeur who worked for the royal family. How does Emma react once she finds out the truth? What do you think she did or what happen? Pick up the book and find out, you will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed this book. I loved following Kit and Emma's story. This is the first book by this author, and would recommend it to anyone who loves royal love stories.

Oh wow, what a Prince...phew. Prince Kristian Ignatius Tandor KIT, needs a wife but he never realises how his life will change when he meets Emma. Sweet, caring Emma just wants to find out what happened when her mum married Prince Kristian, all those years ago. Now she is gone, she wants a shared memory of her. What she gets is memories that will last forever.
Kristian needs to know that Emma is not some gold digger but what Kristian and Emma get is instant chemistry, lust and something more they cannot deny but Kristian does. He cannot tell her who he is. A sensual, sexy story that builds up and you just want so more for Emma. Kristian or Kit as he now calls himself wants more and fights duty but has to make a choice. A brilliant story, keeps you interested all the way through. Loved it.

Who knew that a wild night in Vegas would lead to the circumstances that Kristian/Kit and Emma would find themselves in? When Emma's mom passes away, Emma comes across a marriage certificate. Her mom married someone? Her desire to find this man puts into motion a chain of events that will eventually lead her to Kit. Kit is naturally distrustful at first, but as he starts to fall for Emma, he finds himself stuck in his lies. So intriguing to see what happens for them. Emotional ups and downs, a hottie hunk prince, and an innocent woman just trying to find the truth. The hotness factor was so good, mixed in with the sweetness. Loved it! I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

CA Quigg has written Deceived which is a bad boy royal romance. A really, really good read - seriously who can resist a bad boy who is also royalty. That alpha dynamic is written well in this book. There are secrets and when they are revealed, how will everything change? He's her stepfather, but she doesn't know that. As far as she's aware, he's just someone who works there. Kit/Prince Kristian is strongly written and is perfectly done for this story. Add in Emma who is charming her way into his life despite not knowing the full picture. Very well done and definitely an author I look forward to reading more from.

If you like hot, super steamy romances with a side of kinky then this book is for you. This is the first book that I have read by CA Quigg and was very happy with the outcome. The story between Emma and Kristian keeps you interested and this lady knows how to write a kinky scene. This book will definitely have your thighs clenching, so keep a man on standby!

What happens in Vegas, doesn't always stay in Vegas. I was pretty torn about the lies and deceit, but clearly saw that it was for a very good reason. Kit especially had some emotions and issues to work through. It was also very clear to see the love and passion between them. I absolutely loved this book. I voluntarily read an advanced review copy of this book.

I am leaving my honest review on this book based on an advanced readers copy of this book. This is the first book I have read by CA Quigg and was really impressed. This book will captivate you till the very end. If you love hot steamy romances then this is definitely a one-click book!

Ooh that Prince is a kinky guy, who's good at the dirty talk. Yummy! Poor girl's virginity never stood a chance against all that. Or her heart. His heart is in danger, too. They feel to me like 2 pieces of a puzzle finding their match. I loved it.

this was a first book of yours i read and i loved it! its about a young woman who goes to meet her step father only to be lied to from the start . he pretends to be someone else . when she finds out the truth feelings could get hurt. thanks for giving me a chance to read this book!

What a surprise Emma received when she discovered her mother had secretly married a prince. Her visit to his castle resulted in her meeting the royal driver, Kit. Not being one to just disappear in the corner, her time with Kit was filled with passion, but no love making. He refused to take her innocence, especially when she would be going back to her home soon!
So many things go wrong, you will have to read the book to see how they turn out in the end!
