The best fanfiction of any of my fandoms I've ever read. Very close to canon, except for a slight divergence, and it holds in itself a study of characters and their motives that made me find peace with all the little mistakes in J K Rowlings writings that grew to annoy me the older I got.

As the first fan fiction I have ever read, I am very impressed! It was so nice to see Snape receive the recognition he deserved and mend his relationship with both Harry and Lily, something I have been looking for in a fan fiction for a while now. Viewing events from Snape’s perspective really helped me learn and appreciate him even more as a character. I thought the way the plot panned out once it turned away from the original story was unique and satisfying. And Sirius and Lily’s moments? Loved those!

12/10! Could not put my kindle down and loved every minute I of this fic. Beautifully written and I absolutely adore the way Lily and Snape are portrayed! One of my absolute favourite Lily & Snape fanfics ever written.

THE best Snily fic I have ever read. I love how Heatherlly writes her Sev (it's ruined me for all other depictions of him). Canon diverance slightly, but in a important way. She fills in the questions that keep bothering me about HP as I got older. Love this fic, would definatly recommend.
