I’m Reading books about autoimmune diseases to help my wife to understand and help her to cure her condition, so it was imperative for me to explore more about the endocrine system.
This book give me a full description of the endocrine system , detail all the function in your body from your brain, liver, thyroid , gut , and more. Also give me important informations about different conditions , like blood pressure, diabetes, stress and the control of your hormones.
An essential read for me to understand how the body works , communicates, creating cells and hormones for a good well being and understand how I can fix an autoimmune disfunction .
