I liked Ardit's lower level graded readers pretty well, and this one wasn't necessarily worse, but as my reading level in Spanish increases, so do my standards. By now I can definitely read stuff way more interesting than this. That said, maybe my main mistake here was delaying this one for too long? I don't know what level I think it is, but C1 seems really high.

Good for learning Spanish, but damn these stories are TERRIBLE! Like the least imaginative material I can imagine. Very predictable and the characters are morons. Especially Karen in the last story. My god.

Good learning

These are easy to read, or listen to with kindle assistive reader. They aren't amazing, but they are interesting enough. The author tends to tell instead of show which makes some of it a drag to read.
